She was indeed quite the astute businesswoman, especially to realize so early on how valuable that land would become.

🚫 As a Sociologist/Behavioralist and Historian, "this man is a challenge for me, to avoid reaction". He is the President that (gave our Government 's Power and collectively Our "Given Freedom") to the "International Bankers and Financiers" aka the "Rothschild Family" and their Allies. Today the Public was born after his Presidency, and therefore has no comparitative reality of the subject. To know the details of this, not merely reactions to this, brings a greater understanding of "the Now". 🔺Begin with the Balfour Declaration and the 1961 Speech by Freeman. 🔺Jeckyl Island ✨Manage your nondesires by focusing on the Desired. 🔑 The "Universal Law of Attraction" is your key to Freedoms and your Dreams/Desires. So, did it convince you to commission a similar vacation home ON A FLOOD PLAIN? the Farnsworth House always seems more math problem than architecture, idk. What is it like to stand in it?

Enjoyed. My grandmother was Constance Poor, born 1899. My father would tell stories shared to him by his mother about the house.

The Ego and Greed of the Majority in this Country is unspeakable. ... now as then, it continues, due to the fostering of the Lower Mind which streams through the Mainstream News Medias and is also taught through the "Curriculum Education Programs" programming. However, I know there exists enough Awakened Higher Minds that are the seeds for a Greater Golden Age of Higher Minded Harmony, (a College Degree isn't required).

Why didn't he build a Stone House? The color ......... surely isn't of the original. The Architect took advantage of the man and the South is highly sentimental in preservation.

The best "Old House" is in Macon Georgia., the "Hays House"! It is absolutely "Craftsmanship" and of "Premium Class Taste"! BTW, Mrs O'Leary was a scapegoat, because she was Irish.

This is a subject offering statements on a variety of: Social, Economic, Political, Legal, and Historical levels. Gaining a Clarity of the "System then" compared to Now and "What and Wh9 weew involved in transforming this Country to the System today". Note: dont misunderstand it as being better now, or then, as other options woukd be preferred should one understand this subject, fully. Not just anyone is allowed the potential to achieve such wealth now. Which 8s why you can count the few that do on one hand. Back then, the freedom availed.

As much of this kind of architecture, the Farnsworth house turned out to be less than practical: freezing in winter and boiling in summer.

Interesting story of a clever 19th century woman. I'm left wondering what Mary did other than multiply her fortune. - guessing her personal life (if there was one) has been forgotten. The house was probably known as a time capsule by her death, when I suppose the interior pics were taken, likely hours before the furnishings were carted off to an uncertain future.

This woman's Biography is worthy of a full Documentary! The History and Art are greater parts that gives value to to the Architecture. The Human essence is what attracts, otherwise the Houses are just "matter structures". History offers delicious stories. Beth Bartlett Sociologist/Behavioralist and Historian ✨

Business sense is not an inherited trait, especially by nieces & nephews! Guidance should definitely be provided when passing on estates requiring some financial sophistication.

Pretty extroidinary to wait 30 yrs for a payoff, especially when it meant giving up much of your cash, before. That sort of foresight is particularly rare considering lifespans THEN were often cut short by medical problems easily fixed today. The woman had smarts and guts...at a time women were discouraged, even legally, from having either. Sadly, you can't pick your family, can you ??? Pity she didn't have children. THAT gene pool was something her family was in far more desperate need of, than money. Of course even THAT doesn't always turn out well...Hope she had fun with her "projects". Creating something out of nothing can be exactly that.

The British actually didn’t burn the White House though allowed Canadian troops to burn the White House after the US burnt the government building in York (Toronto)
