Im sorry but if a friend can't stand being "copied" after showing them something then thats your own problem because you deliberately showed them... Now saying this me and my best friend love it when we get to match and we love showing each other different styles Now you can be copied for sure but not everyone is out to copy everyone else
I don't even wear makeup but holy shit this video is so well done !!I'm SHOCKED you don't have more subs and views. keep it up dude, your vids are so good!!!
The hair needs to be up in that stunning floral dress. It should be up in a loose style with a pin. The dress would also look better on someone with darker hair. It’s very bold. I could see a tall, Asian woman with jet black hair completely rocking it.
I was with you until your take on the monster heads, because those are just very cool ok I'm sorry but the dinos don't hold a candle to them. But also I guess I ripped off her boyfriend's art when I wanted to make a dragon skull out of paper maché 10 years ago lmao
This was a great video. So well edited and hilarious 😂 this is the video i needed! A proper breakdown of the outfits from killing eve, as they are just as iconic as Jodie Comer and Villanelle. Love that "desperate times call for crimes" i am so going to start saying that!😂😂
I think part of why this happened is that if you come up with the idea for your content you had to spend the time and effort to think of original content. If you are just doing somebody else’s diy for content, you got to skip that phase which cuts down on a lot of time which is money as a creator. It’s like coming up with drawing for a diy challenge vs people drawing the same thing. It’s easier to reference and get out a copy faster than it is to design and draw one. Tay should have definitely done her research before jumping to the worst assumption of another creator. Content creators need to realize their contemporaries will influence one another
I believe the hotdog finger world was gross on purpose in order to symbolize Evelyn's initial feelings of her daughter's homosexuality, hence why she is a lesbian in that universe, and why the romance movie in that world was "corrupted" by the grossness of the hotdog fingers.
I was following a Google trail to try to find out whether another RU-vidr started releasing videos elsewhere, and Reddit, for some reason which I don't understand but which makes me really happy, wanted me to watch this video. So I did. And I will now proceed to watch everything else you've ever made and wait none too patiently for more, because you're wonderful. This is everything I didn't know I needed!
This video was very well researched. Reaction videos are the worst and it's annoying when people use other people's content for their own content without adding anything of subtance. You 100% put so much effort into this and so it's actually worth watching. Looking forward to seeing more from you.
I obviously got recommended your video from watching Emma In The Moment’s And I can’t believe how hypocritical it is that she straight-out (lolword) copies Jaida’s work! ***gasp*** The AUDACITY! /s obviously… I love Emma 🫶
I'm sorry, bur if you change your medium, it's no longer tracing and copying is moot. I too use tracing, but I make sure it's different enough when I use it.
In terms of the bakery, they, or any photographer they used for that cake photo, would also own the rights to the photograph, which itself is considered as an artwork
55:27 When I read the book, I wondered why they didn't use fine-point dip pens instead of brushes. It might take a while to get used to this method, but once acclimated to it I think a lot of the painters would have been able to paint even more dials because they weren't having to lip-point every few seconds. Mind you, given that a lot of problems were caused by the grittiness of the paint, investing in some glass mullers might have been a good idea.
She thinks that the other girl is copying her when they are basically copying the same overused trends I see literally everywhere. Everyone's got a decorated nature themed mirror (and if it's not that it's got foam on it, yuck!), everyone's got some squiggly bullshit in their room to go with their squiggly checkerboard print whatever. And Everyone's got some quirky toy-like ornament hanging on the walls, and everyone is using a slightly clashing colour scheme in their kitchen. I'm sure they both have those tacky mushroom lamps. I'm not saying it looks bad as an entire aesthetic even though I personally hate aspects of it and love others, it's fun and if you like it you like it. But if you want to avoid this situation I would suggest two things. Realise you are taking part in a trend, and that because its a trend people will do very similar things. And 2, please go look at some other interior decorating inspiration... there's loads of magazines and stuff out there you can look at, and I guarantee there will be something outside the current trends for everybody, and that will fit with the trends you like. Nothing wrong with trends, the whole of style history has been a series of trends and they have influenced the styles of the future. This aesthetic is very influenced by post modernism, if you look back on the history of post modernism there will certainly be things you can mix in with this aesthetic that will make your house more unique to you.
Copyright is wild the word “living” in an advertisement can somehow belong to one singular brand? Then it was even concluded in a court of law the use was infringement despite both the products clearly being entirely different from one another 😮
As soon as I started learning of her own questionable behavior it confirmed my hunch that was based on the pattern which is usually applicable in far too many situations where someone is loudly claiming to have been copied when they indeed are the ones who participate heavily in copying others with their accusations simply being a projection of their own guilt. It’s the best they can expect from themselves so in their minds all others must similarly be consumed with nefarious intentions
I read the Radium Girls, and I heard of them before, but it’s just, the books descriptions of the horrors tug at your heart. And I just can’t believe how careless they all were with this! It’s insane, it just that it went on for SO LONG and the fact that they were putting it in BUTTER, it’s already perfect, you don’t need to improve it, but also the fact that it was used in children’s playgrounds, and everyday products. It’s heartbreaking, all of their stories.
I think tracing is only acceptable in training (non-commercial) exercises, when you own the reference being traced, or you have permission from the reference owner and it is made clear that the drawing was traced (either by credit or it is just a known process step for something bigger like animation).
The book Radium Girls on the topic is also worth a read - it's written so beautifully and with such humanity. These women are responsible for so many safety measures regarding working with industrial materials, they fought so hard for their own lives and for each other and in the end, so that other women never had to suffer how they did. I have so much gratitude and respect.
