Super confused. I applied for my brother from El Salvador Priority date is 2010 but when i look at the bulletin board all i see next to F4 is a year under 2010 like 2006 or 2008

The National Visa Center (NVC) will retain the petition until an immigrant visa becomes available. The NVC will notify the petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record when this petition is eligible for further processing. Thank you for clear understanding of visa process. I have a quick question about pcc.i worked in Saudia in 1979 to 1982.based on this my ds 260 application has come out with a pcc from saudia as well in addition to my native country.now I m a non resident in Saudi Arabia and reciprocity schedule says that Saudi government do not issue visa to non residents.if so why they are asking me a pcc from a country which is not obtainable.what should I write in the comments section will they disqualify me if I cannot get it.
Question on police character certificate from a foreign country Hi dear I worked in a foreign country while I was 30 years old.Now I m 73 years old and submitted my immigrant visa application on form ds 260.on the basis of the address nvc has listed to upload a police certificate from this foreign country as well in addition to my native country.what should I do now don’t know whether can get a police certificate from a foreign country or not.should I say that it is not available and what should I tell in the comment section.ca I get a dq without this pcc.?
Thank you for such great content. I have a question. I have an approved I-140 from EB2-NIW with a priority date of October 1, 2023, and I received a notification from NVC because I applied outside of the U.S. Due to delays in getting my priority date current, I applied for EB1A and recently got it approved. Since the EB1A priority date is current, will I receive another notification from NVC? My EB1A priority date is also October 1, 2023, and it is current, but I have not received any notification from NVC, and it has been more than 3 weeks since my EB1A was approved. Will I receive another notification from NVC, or is it one notification for EB1 and EB2?

My wife As a US citizen and step mother to my son who lives overseas has filed I-130 for him in june 25 2022 .My wife and I got married in september 2008 while my son at the time was 16 years old. Based on many videos i watched specially your video my wife can apply to sponsor my son but since almost 2 years since she applied for him we havent recieved any respond from the USCIS. can you please explain why till today after 2 years havent heared anything from the USCIS? thank you so much for everything, Skander
it depends on multiple factors. I am not a lawyer, but I did get EB-1 visa because of my achievements. My advice to you would be to spend a LOT of time focusing on covering as many articles of achievements as you can. Say, you can contact your local newspapers, sites, magazines, radios to make articles/interviews WITH you about your inventions etc. The more of such publications you get, the better. THEN you can talk to them if they want/can publish YOUR ARTICLES about some topic around inventions/etc. If you do these 2 things, and manage to get your articles to be published in large media, you already have 2 points in your case for EB1. Then - publish your book. It's +1 point. Just write it and publish. Nowhere it is said the book MUST be published by a "large publishing house". You just NEED TO HAVE A BOOK PUBLISHED. So do this. And get +1 point. If you - on your job - participated in hiring process, it also can be considered as "being on the jury" and selecting workers for your company. +1 point. And so on.
Well explained.i have a question about I 864 family size.i m spo sponsoring my parents both.both got I 130 approved.i m filing I 864 for both.should I count both of them in each form while calculating family size what should I write 1 or 2 in each form My second question is about income.i have a joint tax return with my spouse.gross adjusted income includes both of them what should I write here I don't have separate income in my tax return I m submitting w2 separately.
My visa category is IR-1. Regarding the affidavit of support, my wife's income was $48,XXX for 2022 and $68,XXX for 2023. She lives in Illinois, and our household includes three family members, plus my wife and me, making a total of five members. Considering these details, does she need to add a joint sponsor, or is her income sufficient according to the guidelines? Can you please help guide me on this matter?

you CAN include any articles into your case. But the principle is simple: the more respectable / gigantic the media is, the more believable it is that your article are in demand. Anyone can publish in a blog. Rare people can publish in a magazine.

Within two years of our application for I 130 was submitted we got the approval and then in another one week we got the embassy interview email but it’s been more then two weeks we haven’t received any other update and the link is also not opening to pay the embasy fee to obtain the interview date

My sponsor filed h1b petition ( i129 ) last year but sponsor claims that USCIS might've lost the petition as the cheque is not encashed and pettition tracking number is not provided. I suspect probably h1b petition would have got rejected and they're simply miscommunicating that to make themselves look so clean. Any ideas ?
Can you please write here what you are saying at 15:04? "Learned persons in that field" Is that what you said? Does that mean, for example if I have found a solution for a specific problem in a specific business field, which will make a lot of people in that field benefit? Would that make sense?
