My friend made this for me a couple of times because she know I like them. She put catfish in hers and others meat…also fried boiled eggs. It was so so good!!
Thank you so much for this QUICK AND EASY METHOD of preserving unripe plantains. Some RU-vidrs will waste your time talking and talking and peeling without fast forwarding their videos. You just gained a new subscriber..Well done😀✌👍
True, it’s all purpose stew. I used to it to prepare different meals, for jollof, chicken stew, or goat meat or even fish. Remember that each meat has its own flavour and stock. Most stocks has salt so that’s why I don’t add salt to my all purpose tomato stew.
I do this also but I fry them once and press them down then freeze them so when I need them for dinner I just have to take them out the freezer and cook them once!! Respect!
Hello Julie, I haven’t tried frying it before but rather boiled it so I don’t know how the texture would be when fried. I think it will be best to fry it without defrosting it but make the oil hot💕. Thank you
