My friend made this for me a couple of times because she know I like them. She put catfish in hers and others meat…also fried boiled eggs. It was so so good!!
Thank you for your response. I skimmed off most of the oil and I waterbath canned the sauce in 8oz jars. Ive been using it all year now. The main thing is that the jar rims are clean and oil free, for the seal. I use the red oil to cook with. Blessings.❤❤

True, it’s all purpose stew. I used to it to prepare different meals, for jollof, chicken stew, or goat meat or even fish. Remember that each meat has its own flavour and stock. Most stocks has salt so that’s why I don’t add salt to my all purpose tomato stew.
