I really like that design. Some measurements on the metal pieces wld be helpful. Your work is pretty self explanatory. Its easy to follow you. Your work is inspiring. Thank you.
End result is good but ypur method is pathetic. R u telling me that for each time i gotta screw in and then screww out someting like 20 screws??? Forget it pal. I gotta a much better method - go to my local supplier.
I am trying to decide whether, "Casting 5, hole Bricks" refers to the holes in the bricks, or the whole five number of bricks in the end! Whatever, this is work is good and needs patience. Congratulations.
En vez de estar desarmando con cada ladrillo, creo que es más fácil cortar por la mitad el molde y sólo unir con una faja cuando hace un ladrillo y, soltar la faja para el desmoldado, listo! 🤝
So my design was a steel mould where u can remove the concrete block while still moist, takes around 2 mins per block to make. If u need 2000 blocks, the method in this video will take months.

Very nice design, only a block made for single walls should bale to pass pipe and cable so the holes need to line up. Also the unnecessary hole on the middle will only eat up a lot of mud and make them difficult to lay. Just advice from an electrician. Nice effort besides.
King Mono you should come back with how Mr Chitungwiza played his unique octaves . Had Chemudhara saying Chibadura was the best lead master he ever worked with
faster and more solid to form vertical posts in reinforced concrete, every 3 meters and between the 2 posts pour 7cm of concrete wall in rows. 12 cm if floor or if we have the means. or walls entirely made of rammed earth between sheets when you have little financial means and clayey soil nearby. This is too much work with blocks (the mold will not hold 1000 blocks...) and above all non-compliant because of questionable solidity and gaps in the joints therefore not airtight. but it's very nice to see what some people can do with a few boards
