I have a 1-year sports background, 6 months of fitness with weights, 6 months of calisthenics, and by trying the tactics you mentioned, I just started to be able to stand for 10 seconds after 30 minutes of effort. THANKS SO MUCH ❤️❤️❤️
yeah its easy but to make it easier you can also try with something to grab onto like i usually do this on a railing but its cuz i have a little bit of control and can stop my self from fall to my face but that like easier to this
