I'm a variety gamer who likes playing challenging content in (mostly indie) games. Sometimes I like to go fast, but I don't typically speedrun any one game for long.
I'm really sorry, it's been a bit too long and I forgot, and can't seem to find a good guide to link you. Basically, if you collect everything though, when you get to the end you'll be presented with a choice of which ending you want to see, it's all based on what you've gathered. I think one is just if you get all the titania pieces, then another requires two specific items. So, if you completely collect everything you should have your choice between endings.
There are so many touhou reference attacks like utsuho reiji, yukari yakumo, flandre scarlet, marisa kirisame, reimu hakurei, satori komeji, yuyuko saigyouji, etc.

Are you on impossible mode? Damage is massively increased going both ways in this mode. Besides that, the silenced shotgun has great DPS and I think later in the run i got some drinks that boosted damage.

Ох, как же это игра великолепна. Хороший Gameplay, отличный soundtrack, персонажи и та самая пиксельная графика. Мечтаю чтобы это игра была всем известная
While the game doesn't do anything particularly new, it does what it does well. I'm especially impressed that they pulled off the cycle-based obstacles with speedrun challenges. Combining these requires the level design to do a lot of heavy lifting.
I took some screenshots of my ending traits/stats/weapon here, my armor I wore for that playthrough was just the one to gain more mass, so not relevant to the bosses. The stats and traits would have varied as I played through the game, but I was using Rawblade the whole time. imgur.com/a/oWN76Zj

Once you get far enough in the plot in story mode, she shows up and challenges you to her races, then she'll spawn in these locations. I believe its a bit after you pass through Valhalla for the first time.
Its comparable to a first person shooter, I dont recall issues with this specifically but generally try to have a light mouse, dont hold it too tightly and take breaks. But if you get serious pain and nothing helps, thats probably something to take seriously and not stress your hand, playing a game isn't worth injury.
Since an update, the number of hits you're allowed to take on Infernal BBQ is higher than what's shown in this video. Ana Thema to Forgotten City is 4 hits. Tartarus to Valhalla is 8 hits. Blushwood to Snowveil Valley is 4 hits. Valhalla's Breath to Evernight Garden is 4 hits. Verdawn Forest to Copperwood is 3 hits. Gloamwood remains the same at no hit limit.
