Well if you like to char it, then they come off crispy. I’ve found right off the grill the oil and fat are still going and so it can still be a soft crisp. Once it cools slightly they are soooo good
Right off the grill the oils are still hot. Sure you can char them to crisp. I prefer to have them cooked perfect. 3 minutes off the grill and bam they are awesome
