Monday, April 17, 2023 My notebook is a Pavilion X360 BR-095ms. The screen is cracked in 2 places. Does a replacement screen have to be from a Pavilion with a model that begins with BR? Thank you much. 😀
It's never a good idea to press the glass into the frame. 12:34 To reduce the possibility of your finger bending the glass and cracking it, you should lay the whole top lid glass down on a flat surface and press the frame into the glass from the back of the lid. This way the glass always stays straight, never bends and reduces any chance of a crack.
Wheres the audio? Why not explain what you're doing while you do it? Thanks for not just BLASTING music. Silence isn't great, but way better than just BLASTING your viewer with noise!!!
I have followed instructions to remove the screen, which are great. What I din't understand is why both plates have to be removed. The replacement screen I bought has a slightly different looking smaller board (beneath the speaker one) and although connections look the identical, the boards themselves don't Shall I also swap the second board, or do I have a wrong replacement screen? I've messaged supplier in China but need an urgent reply. I have taken a photo showing the.two but is there some way I can attach that?
How to replace the "touch Screen" only (NOT LCD) ??? The touch screen glass is available as spare part BUT I can find any video clip showing how to separate it from the LCD screen . The spare pat Digitizer glass comes with 2mm wide double sided glue tape.

1. If you haven't changed the screen, your touch screen may be broken. 2. If you are changing to a new screen, please check if your touch cable is connected well or reinstall the touch driver. None of the above methods can solve it. I suggest you change to a new screen.
I have that on my aspire m5-583p-6428 but the fucking touch clips do not open the top clip broke off the pos wont open so my new screen works without touch function. Where do you get the board from? everybody and their dog only sells the screen itself not that tiny pos board on the back
Great video. Just two Comments: 1) Keep the touch cable connected to the touch panel circuit board. This will give you a little less room to work, but it saves you the trouble of reconnecting it. 2) Removing the touch panel circuit board from the thin plastic display tabs is tricky. The thin white strip at the top of each connector is like a clamp and needs to be flipped up to release the plastic display connectors tabs. Once released, the tabs come right out.

Does this support nvme ssd? recently I installed 500 GB NVME SSD, Now Every time I restart my pc the SSD disappeared from the BIOS and I need to turn on and off the pc in order to work. Please suggest
Great video. Only part I would change is that the touch board piece on com 6 & 7 fold down and not pull out... I have no IT knowledge so those who already know might get it but I struggled a lot and had to rewatch that are a few times. Overall, extremely helpful and save me lots of money. Thank you!
