Hey Harry! As you know, my goal is to purchase a Rebel 1100 but there aren’t many available in my area. There are however, 500’s available. Are you guys considering or would you consider making these Horizon STC handlebars for the Rebel 500’s? Or would these already be compatible with the 500’s? Appreciate your time, and thanks for all you do for us motorcyclists in need of a more comfortable ride! 🙌
Hello Ashley, We are looking at the rebel 500 and considering, possibly bending a more comfortable handlebar for that model. At this time, there are no plans to offer our patented adjustable bar.
Hello All, HeliBars will not be offering a lower bar for the Rebel 1100. Our experience shows that due to the mid location of the foot controls a lower bar would puts the back in a very crunched position for most riders. For this reason, we will not be developing a lower bar at this time but thank you for asking.
I just installed my Helimod brackets and WOW, my mirrors are stable, they don't shake, and best of all they are in a usable position where I can actually see behind me! Thank you so much for making these!
If your gonna patina design why wouldn’t you make costum cables for it to look oem 🤣who’s gonna have a wire just hanging kits from burly cost less and you get wire to go with it but I like your design better Because it gives me more free space for speakers but I’m not done to run janky wires tho
Currently saving up to get a Rebel 1100 DCT (hope to get it by the end of the summer 🥲) and have been searching up mods I’d like to do on it for inspiration and motivation. Came across your handlebars and WOW! Sooo cool. You guys are really talented and I’m super grateful you’ve taken the time to innovate and offer this in your line of handlebars. Kudos again!

Hello The max range of our new Horizon STC adjustable handlebars mounted on a Rebel 1100 is,, 2” taller and up to 6” closer to the rider. Or 5” taller and 2” cooler to rider. Thanks for your interest.
What is the adjustable range of the rise and movement back? You said that it is adjustable and the one in the video is set to 2" up and 4.5" back... what ranges can you set it to? Not looking for exact numbers, just generally an idea of the range this can be set to; I'm planning on picking up a 1100 this fall, and knowing this can dial in as I customize the seat and other things is a fantastic option.
Put the first generation on my 2018DCT and had gouges.... now that I'm installing generation 2.0 on my 2023DCT, I'll be sure to raise that console! Thanks!!!
Hello Our current adapters have had zero interference with the console in our Experience during installation. Just double check by temporarily putting the consul back in place and then go left to right steering stops slowly and confirm.
Looks like our Rebel 1100 STC adjustable Horizon handlebar will not be getting uploaded to our website this week, sorry. I'm told it will be uploaded within the next 2 weeks. Bars are in production and our first delivery of clutch cables for the 6 speed std has arrived from Barnett. We will begin shipping current orders by the end of June. Thanks for your patience.
Hello all, We weren’t gonna release this until mid next week when we upload all our Rebel 1100 information for this new product, but I am authorized to reveal the cost for these units and a bit more information to satisfy many anxious riders. Both versions come complete with all components for installation. The 6 speed which requires a hydraulic brake line extension and a longer clutch line is $629.00 USD The DCT version which only requires the brake line extension is $579.00 USD.

Hello, This product design is not new and has bean in production for 12 years with thousands of units in service. Pinch bolts don’t loosen If properly torqued. In the event you forget to tighten one of the joints there is a rotating limiter design built-in just for that reason.

The wrist angles are angled slightly more rearward and slightly down more than stock. Also closer and taller if you chose. The ease of re-fueling is a big plus too!
I have the same bike and the handlebars are great for me, what I would like to see for this bike is some more lights to Ho in the rear, also truck light as well, Wunderlich don’t have too much to offer for the bike.
I have only done one install that I can remember. The airbag model doesn’t have a door to open that assists in grabbing the molding, that needs to be popped out, but it can still be done.

Hi Bruce We’re finally finishing up our rear saddlebag guards. They will start shipping in 2 weeks. I thought the Bagger came with engine guards like the TC?

Bruce, unfortunately our rear bag guards will not work with Freedom Exhaust. They require removal and replacement of the stock muffler/ lower saddlebag tubular mount that we utilize. We started our design process before their exhaust was released. We are not going to redesign. Just wanted you to know, sorry!
Hi Steve I agree, we wish we had a before and after comparison but the fact is this was a monumental development project. We evolved 6 prototypes before deciding on what became the Commando handlebar. This required disassembling the fairing 3 times and then putting it back together to test fit and instructions integrity. Look on our website for the photo of the stock bar in front of the Commando. It tells it all, superior, wrist, angles, and utilizing the upper body to rotate the handlebars versus the hips with the stock bar.
