I have the same bike and the handlebars are great for me, what I would like to see for this bike is some more lights to Ho in the rear, also truck light as well, Wunderlich don’t have too much to offer for the bike.

Yes, rear crash bars for the R 18 B, please. Interested in what you do with the handlebars. I'm thinking moving them back a little would be nice. Look forward to seeing what you come up with.

Hello JS Handlebars have been a slow process but are near completion. Accuracy and fit are paramount and the fairing a huge obstacle but we did it. Will enter production soon. Rear safety bars coming soon in our next R18 video!

I would like to see some pull back handlebars. About 12 or 14 inch high, so that the arms are more straight and you sit up right.

Hello Bouwco Handlebar development on this machine has been a slow process because of the fairing design, zero slack hydraulic lines and big master cylinders. We are finally nearing completion of a superior handling vastly more comfortable handlebar. This bar is similar to what you described.

Hi Bobby Great motorcycle right! We should have adjustable handlebars and rear crash bars in April to check out. Thanks for your interest and for reaching out.

How's the progress going on the rear crash bars with passenger grab handles. I've noticed Wunderlick now offers rear crash bars/bag protection.

One thing my wife commented on was the lack of any grab handles for the passenger.

Ya, my wife said the same thing. There will be grab rails as a component of our rear crash bars. Thank you for the input, we appreciate it very much.

Hey Mike, Let us know how the bars work for you. Also your Corbin saddle. We are getting one of the first production units to confirm fitment of our saddle bag protection bars. The handlebar instructions are comprehensive with lots of photos but install goes quite quickly if you can concentrate and have a large area to organize fairing parts.

Just picked up my transcontinental a few weeks ago and absolutely love it, I'm 5'7" and forsure would love better feeling bars especially for low speed maneuvers.

I agree with you Richard. Imagine an R18 Bagger with enhanced low speed maneuverability and improved freeway comfort.

@@rzm-fd2lw the wrist angle is also not confidence inspiring on the stock bar. It forces you to carry the weight of the bike in your hands at an awkward angle.

I have an R18TC and am very interested to see what you can develop for this bike. Also glad to see Wunderlich getting a little competition ;). I'd like to see some handlebar riser/backers with rubber dampers for stock setups to bring the bars back and up a couple inches, with the potential to buy a couple sets to double up for extra length. Also LOVE to see some highway pegs that can mount on the existing crash bars but span the length of the crash bar, relieving the fastening bolts from the job of locking the peg in place. It would be a one-piece install, with two machined u-brackets that secure the peg system to the crash bar. Bonus if the pegs can be flipped out of the way flipped down while riding. Lastly, do you have a website you can put in your video description?

@heliboy8342 2 года назад
Hi Mike, The fairing design on our bikes will not allow the use of handlebar risers. That large flat screen sits right over the handlebar mounting clamp. We’ll be launching our rear crash bars and passengers grab rail later this month followed by highway pegs. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-m2rBYG4iP8Y.html

I have your handlebars on my r18b and love them. Do you have engine guards and bag guards for my bike?
@heliboy8342
@heliboy8342 Год назад
Hi Bruce We’re finally finishing up our rear saddlebag guards. They will start shipping in 2 weeks. I thought the Bagger came with engine guards like the TC?
@brucelee7023

The bagger doesn’t come with engine bars unless ordered and they are Crome. I’m looking for black engine bars.

Thanks Bruce, I was so busy looking in one direction that I missed the obvious. We’ll get right on it, in Black. We now have bars with a chrome option.

Bruce, unfortunately our rear bag guards will not work with Freedom Exhaust. They require removal and replacement of the stock muffler/ lower saddlebag tubular mount that we utilize. We started our design process before their exhaust was released. We are not going to redesign. Just wanted you to know, sorry!

In need of rear crash bars / front highway leg extensions using Set from HD now Ok but could be better / handle bars for sure / Can They Be Adjusted without Removing Every Thing ???? Bike 3 months Old have 5326 miles !
@heliboy8342
@heliboy8342 2 года назад
Hello No, all components removed for installation do not have to be removed to access handlebar clamp hardware. Some fairing parts do need to be removed to gain access for adjusting and re torque. Bars are worth the effort, comfortable and more manageable at low speed! Rear crash bars coming soon and hopefully more!
