At this point, the family should consider filing a wrongful death lawsuit. From my perspective it seems that if they don't take this step, the case may not move forward and justice may not be served.
Exactly, they should definitely file at least against the host/ hostess of the party. I can't wait until JUSTICE is served and Noah can fly high with the Angels, and his family can have some means of closure closure
I have been saying this from the beginning, because the family would get all the information that the LE have on the case, if it is not money they want, then do it For Noah's justice, because when all the evidence becomes available, LE will be forced to take the case forward.

Knuckles bleeding, right side of his face looks bruised. #justicefornoah. What's the need to prop his right arm up? What's the brace for? That drawing on his chest looks like two people volume one person in the middle. His chest is protruding as if he's being propped up. It doesn't look like a natural position of Noah's. Plus it seems out of character to flash the V sign. I don't know, something made me ask if he's even alive in that picture I'm referring to.
@@Cycy8080 Yes you could be right. Something about the picture doesn't look right to me. Is he even alive in the shot? What is tongue and lips don't look like they look in all the other pictures either. Why is his right arm being braced? His body positioning looks awkward, nothing like other pictures of him.

I agree that listening to both sides is exactly what should be done and Kaden has been providing his eyewitness account of certain events with the public since May, and prior to that with LE. I hope you asked Kaden about coming forward when you spoke with him so he could clarify it for you.
@skippy it is suspicious that Kaden didn't come forward sooner. He knew the media reports about Noah being naked were wrong and he didn't say anything. I even told Kaden he was brave
