This song is just another typical Somali nationalism songs. For centuries Somali hold they ground and fight with the invaders. It is costume to Somalis to orally mobilize their masses through war songs. There are genres of literature(songs and poems) for only wars. For instance "Dhaanto" is genre only for moving the masses to go to war. Black community in horn of Africa where Indian Oceans and Red see meet couldnt be pacifist becameit very stragic country. Somalis defended their land and repelled invaders for centuries becuse of their warring skills.
