Do you mean per unit of area? Because sir your math doesn’t maths. 1 pound divided by two legs is half a pound. What you’re suggesting is my knees only have a contact area of .25 inches. As I someone with a phd in made up facts I can totally agree with you

Bridge is one of my go-to's for my back pain. Can I ask though - why one-legged? What's the benefit of that over regular bridge?

One-legged gives more significant glute max and low back extensor contraction 😁 Basically making it more difficult! 💪

12 weeks to get full benefit but we recommend a lifetime as low back issues are often recurrent. I’ve done this exercise for three decades and it has helped keep my low back out of pain despite a significant back injury in college!

I'm not particularly fit and I'm able to do two hours without fatigue and with only mild muscle soreness. I'm sure even one hour would give you significant benefits, although Dr. Hamilton seems reluctant to offer a lower bound of how long is effective.

The myth of soleus push ups to reduce blood sugar is not appealing,..It is the big G nemius called as peripheral heart because of its strength.Soleus is very tiny muscle than G nemius and so it can’t have even 10 percent of effect which G nemius has….All body muscle can utilise glucose without insulin when moved just as in walk..The Soleus myth is not appealing.
