love this workout. i find doing more of a sumo squat helps. on glute bridges placing my feet closer to my body and toes outward, kinda like a sumo helps.
My knees and ankles could never. But good job dude! I'm starting working out to. And Pilates. Cause of my bad knees n ankles j can put weight much on them
@@maikhentricht3320 thank you! ☺️ I keep telling myself that whenever I feel lazy. (Unless I'm sick) To keep going no matter how much I want to give up. I'm learning that the only one who can keep you accountable for losing weight or getting in shape is yourself and no one else.

The workout itself was good, but this was one of the most annoying workout videos to watch. The transitions didnt give you any time to prepare for the next move because it was just a blank timer screen and the song starting and stopping constantly was weird.
