ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--BnM8OPX4-I.htmlfeature=shared My ongoing eternal struggle of many months since my mom was so gruesomely killed has led me to discover many most deeply sickening and disturbing facts about exactly why the rate of elder death by neglect and abuse in Pennsylvania has shot through the roof in recent years to such unimaginable levels, and why we cannot possibly expect anything less to continue. One of my most recent discoveries may reveal possibly the most confounding question of all. Why, even despite the same reason for such astronomically hyper-escalated wrongful elder death by neglect and abuse that I discovered , being quite apparently also so widely recognized by the Elder Justice Coordinating Council that it is listed as their top directive in combatting current conditions, is it still going on completely unchecked and unrestrained to such impermeable degrees that even when presented with absolute proof, as defined by law, of blatant gross extreme Negligent Manslaughter Homicide, the police, the PA Dept. of Health, The District Attorney, not only outright refuse to charge my mom’s killer, but aggressively cover-up for blatant criminally negligent homicide, and the Pennsylvania Governor’s office and PA Attorney General will not even respond to calls and emails? I have seen on the SSA website, titled, Elder Abuse, Neglect, And Exploitation, Sec. 2021 [42 USC 1397k] (a) Establishment-There is established within the Office of the Secretary an Elder Justice Coordinating Council. The Chair of the Council is identified as, the Secretary (or secretary designee). Other members include the Attorney General (or Attorney General designee), and many other heads of federal departments, agencies, and government entities identified by the Chair, which as I understand includes a vast number of departments, agencies, and entities. This established Elder Justice Coordinating Council in all its efforts has comprised a list entitled, “EIGHT (8) RECOMENDATIONS FOR INCREASED FEDERAL INVOLVEMENT IN ADRESSING ELDER ABUSE, NEGLECT, AND EXPLOITATION”, intended to improve awareness of, prevention of, and response to, elder abuse. Recommendation #1 being: Support the Investigation and Prosecution of Elder Abuse Cases. If the Council, or anyone involved in it is serious at all, and not just blowing smoke, then they and every level of enforcement, regulation and oversight should be deeply sickened and moved to immediate action to know that not only is there no indication that the intentions of The Council are being honored at all in Pennsylvania, but very much conversely, from my own first hand documented extremely thorough and extensive experience, quite exactly the opposite is taking place as reflected by infamously unimaginably skyrocketed elder death by neglect and abuse rates up over %1000, more than ten times that of just a few years ago, and still the authorities whose responsibility it is to protect the public and prosecute crime, are the very ones who instead are aggressively protecting and covering up for those who are killing the elderly. Outright refusing to prosecute even the most blatant Negligent Manslaughter Homicide of the elderly by a medical professional as what was done to my mom. When I first began writing to many Senators, Congresspeople, State and local Representatives, agencies, departments and officials warning of impending epidemic of elder death by abuse, neglect, malpractice in Pennsylvania, as I could clearly see would result from the shocking conditions I was discovering in my ongoing struggle for justice for my mom being killed by a doctors blatant gross extreme neglect and malpractice after going into the hospital with nothing anywhere near life threatening wrong with her at all, I had no idea of the actual numbers, or that the epidemic was already here until I read it first in an Associated Press article. The Elder Justice Coordinating Council is very correct in their list of 8 recommendations that investigation and prosecution of violators must undoubtedly be the #1 highest priority if any change is ever to be expected. Just Imagine if when drunk drivers killed people the police, rather than arrest and prosecute them, not only refused to do their job and arrest the killers for the safety of the public, but even went so far as to use their positions to aggressively cover-up for and protect the killers from consequences, as is exactly what is the current standard of practice of the entire enforcement and regulation authorities in negligent manslaughter homicide of the elderly by a medical professional cases in Pennsylvania. We would of course have, and could expect nothing less than, skyrocketing numbers of innocent people being killed by drunk driving negligent killers operating with immunity and protection from consequences, as we are seeing happening to our dear elderly dying from neglect and abuse at inconceivably escalated rates at the hands of medical professionals due to the same sickening conditions of immunity from consequences for killing our precious beloved innocent elderly. The whole concept of law is to deter crime and protect the innocent by fear of consequences for violators. Just as if drunk drivers knew there was no consequences for their crimes, even when they kill people, it would not be safe to walk or drive down the street, it is dramatically more and more unsafe than ever for elderly in Pennsylvania medical facilities today. I do not know for sure if it is hospital industry corruption, doctors or medical unions,,, ect ect ect....I do not know how such total and complete systematic failure that is wrongfully slaughtering our most precious beloved elderly at staggering unimaginable rates could be allowed, but what I do know for certain, is that THE CAUSE and THE SOLUTION to Pennsylvania's hyper-escalated wrongful elder death rate by neglect and abuse, up over %1000, more than ten times the numbers of a few years ago, is NO BIG SECRET, and yet there is nothing being done about it. In fact in the case of my most precious, beautiful, beloved mom, Martha Snodgrass, who walked into Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital West Chester PA with nothing anywhere near life-threatening at all wrong with her, and was killed by Dr Daniel Hayes in the most blatant gross extreme case of Negligent Manslaughter Homicide that there ever could be, Dr Hayes having had an obvious 1) duty of care, 2) blatantly breached that duty of care, (which I have multiple medical professional's testimony of) 3) that breach of duty of care causing injury, 4) the extent of that injury being death. The 4 factors that define Negligent Manslaughter Homicide by a medical professional, not only was he not charged, but my months of unrelenting adamant efforts have created such documented correspondence with every authority, department, agency, and official having anything to do with law enforcement, health, aging, including many public officials and representatives in Pennsylvania covering-up for those who kill the elderly that it is hard not to conclude, if not some kind of intentional culling in effect, most certainly at very least, rampant catastrophic and deadly total systematic failure that truly confounds my mind to try to figure how and why is it that, with the cause and solution so clearly obvious to anyone with even a minimally functioning brain, is nothing, absolutely nothing, nothing at all, being done to correct it, starting with arresting and charging Dr Daniel Hayes vascular surgeon Penn Medicine, Chester County Hospital, West Chester, Pennsylvania, and replacing those public officials who have created, maintained and continue to perpetuate this current ongoing very deeply disturbing and sickening, unimaginably catastrophic ongoing state sponsored mass elder manslaughter and cover-up. Sincerely, Robert Snodgrass 484-252-9596

The conversations and panel discussions here are incredibly impactful! If we can garner even a few million views and likes from both aware and unaware listeners, and keep this dialogue alive across communities, neighborhoods, churches, committees, and local businesses, we will move closer to making practical, sustainable, compassionate, and trauma-informed decisions. These should be grounded in the engagement and employment of individuals with lived experiences as the foremost educators, nationwide. PWLE are invaluable game changers, and that's the bottom line. The sooner more organizations come to understand this fact, the quicker we'll arrive at reliable housing solutions and preventing homelessness. Thank you for this initiative!

I have heard nothing about those developmentally delayed and require special services that can only be found st a SODC facility. Not everyone is properly cared for in the community. SODCs provide both community and facility services. A win, win plan. Maybe talk to parents and guardians of this population. Mu daughter is 60 years old functions like a 3 year old. Thank you.

AARP FRAUD VICTIMS KATE KLEINER- This senior citizen, trapped in a Romance Scam by a Facebook Romeo, received AARP support, shared her story on the AARP Fraud Watch Network, and is now an AARP national spokesperson for fraud prevention. BRENDA JONES-I filed a complaint with Health and Human Services (HHS) against my doctor for performing unnecessary surgery, upcoding the procedure and billing Medicare 2X for the surgery. He refused to send his records. Adhering to policy, Medicare recouped the monies paid to him and the hospital and closed my complaint. (Doctors are legally bound to send patient records to authorized parties.) Regarding this Medicare policy, the AARP Customer Care spokesperson wrote: "I have not heard about this practice prior to your letter. CMS assumes the provider’s failure to provide records is essentially an admission of guilt and CMS therefore recoups the payment paid to the providers.” This unfair policy, enabled Medicare to be repaid, allowed the doctor to escape a fraud investigation, and forced me to pay the price for the doctor's wrongdoing-chronic pain, 6 weeks of rehab, balance issues, postponement of my foreign mission work and the need for a 2nd surgery. I was invited to share my fraud experience during the March 6, 2024, Fraud Watch Network ZOOM meeting. When I signed on, I received two messages: (1) “Host has joined. We’ve let them know you’re here”; (2) “Unable to join this meeting Host has blocked this meeting.” I was the victim of a fraudulent surgical procedure which injured me physically and emotionally and disrupted my life for two years. I was blocked from sharing my story about the unfair Medicare policy which closed my case, and which impacts all Medicare beneficiaries who dare to file a complaint against their doctor. AARP, why was I silenced?? Brenda Williams Jones AARP Member (16 Years)

Aren't you supposed to give disabled the closed caption options? I'm finding day after day that seminaries, govt. Meetings and messages like thos that I rely on for my safety and my rights simply don't have what is legally required fir accomodations. It's a really easy fix and we need to demand that every single video has that. Voice to text apps are a push of a button and are ADA laws. I love what it sounds like you are doing.

Well I see you found a way to get a job keep you Bizzie without really doing anything for anyone!!! Bad money thrown at good money What waste you just talk about how expensive it is to keep someone in nursing home and cost money if they are disabled all this really doesn’t go anywhere or do anything for anyone what do you do put up some articles about how expenses things are, Wow like I didn’t know that !!! What a waste of are money, while I’m homeless cause idiots in DC can’t do there jobs and people use it to get greedy, should be a TV show like ahmmm American Greed<<<<< I only get $1000.00 a month and in past I could pay bills and had safe place to live but now I live in my car WITH 2 DOGS and soon I won’t be able to afford to do that. Inflation is rampant nobody says Crap!!! But soon a loaf of bread will cost $10 dollars I used to get more money but funny thing when you go bankrupt someone else gets your money lawyers thieves in company while all these people steal money putting up useless articles about nothing that will help……..

This information is something we already are aware of … please let’s get to the important topic and that is “APPROPRIATE TREATMENT AND CARE” for “Long COVID “ stop with the nonsense and get to the part that needs to be addressed! Where are these so called “Special Services “?? The people involved with the “Disabilities Act” “American Care Act” and with programs involving Long Covid … should be aware that Treatment for Long Covid is not comparable with your typical patient calling up their doctor and making an appointment and then receive appropriate care & treatment for a specific issue…. It is more complex.. Complexity is specific to each individual depending upon genetic makeup, and/or pre-existing health conditions … Our immediate care facilities and Traditional Medical System/Professionals DO NOT RECOGNIZE Long Covid, they are Not equipped and are incapable of diagnosing/treating/ or offering appropriate care for this “MULTI BODY ORGAN SYSTEM HEALTH PROBLEM “ They are Not educated or Up-To-Date with the multi co-infections connected to the After Effects of Long Covid such as : RE-ACTIVATED EPSTEIN BARR VIRUS, CHRONIC LYME DISEASE, Multiple Illnesses & CONDITIONS that are a result of CHRONIC INFLAMMATION due to Post COVID VIRUS… Brain inflammation, Hyper-brain stimulation sensitivity, exhaustion that is chronic upon any exertion or added stressors, Chronic Fatigue, Neuropathy, Joint & Muscle Pain, Anxiety, Depression, Confusion, Thyroid Disruption, Adrenal Exhaustion/Imbalances, Tinnitus, humming in head from inflammation, hearing issues, Joint problems as Trigger Fingers/ muscle wasting caused by Chronic Inflammation, Rashes, Sores, Herpes Virus, Short-Term and Long -Term Memory issues, Cognitive Decline, Insomnia, facial & Body Swelling, Vision Disturbances, Itching and Histamine Intolerance, Gut /Metabolic Disorders, SIBO, Candida, Food Intolerances.. and the list goes on.. there has Not been any discussion of any of this … Where is the Government getting their information with symptoms and health concerns related to LONG COVID ???? Where are the Services to treat these multi system body issues?? I have been paying OUT-OF-POCKET having to use the Money I live on ..left with my only options of seeking alternative care - traditional Medicine could not help -and left me without answers…- Despite I am already paying $400 a month thru the market place, BCBS does not cover the specific care or Tx needed for LONG COVID… Please talk to people who are truly effected with LONG COVID SUCH AS MY DAUGHTER AND I .. WHO ARE OR WERE ONCE NURSES UNTIL HIT WITH COVID…. People who are suffering from Long COVID are isolated… because of the failure of the public and our medical system being formally Educated…look at the support groups for LONG COVID! There are hundreds and thousands I’m sure millions that are on social media trying to talk to each other seeking and desperately looking and searching for answers desperately trying to get their lives back to some kind of normalcy…we are all just “Winging It” we can’t afford the help that does exist and has been shown successful in treating others. Alternative/Functional Treatment is UNACKNOWLEDGED & UNAPPROVED it is Not Recognized- leaving most of us without the ability to complete any successful therapy or specific regimens because it is financially unobtainable when paying-out-of-pocket..then your left without the ability to function normally to WORK… and Despite we pay for insurance.. it does not cover the care and treatment that is needed which will help us…Medicaid is NOT something Doctors or specialists will take let alone an HMO COVERAGE through the state … yes HMO is affordable but no one wants to take it because of the Red Tape to get paid along with the added process of having to get PreAuthorization… which interrupts the patient’s needed urgent treatment & care…

I am a long hauler... 10 months now. If I recall correctly, if you need a reasonable accommodation made to your schedule, according to JAN, you only need to ask or let your supervisor know that you need an adjustment to your schedule or to your leave (so you can use vac time in lieu of sick leave for example), and you don't have to actually use or say the term reasonable accommodation.
