I share massage and reflexology tips for other massage therapists. I'm a licensed massage therapist, certified integrative reflexologist and was director/teacher of my own state-registered school. I have over 25 years of experience in bodywork and am eager to share the things I've learned with other therapists.
Wow this is so expertly explained. THANK YOU Dr Holland. I have plantar fasciitis AND Chemo- induced peripheral neuropathy in both feet. I am now following your real-life exercises on myself. And I I have instantly less cramp in my toes and can walk better! Glad I found you. Hope you’re doing well. Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭 🙏🏻
I am currently out injured with this injury in both after hammer curls and other exercises noticed a pain around 2weeks ago and its getting worse , ty for this video i will certainly be trying this out
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I had a broken ankle in 2020 and what I thought was plantar fasciitis since then, but you’re describing the exact area of tightness, popping, and pain. This hurts a lot to do, but I’m going to soak my foot in the hot tub for a while and try again after.
This answers many questions I had about what was happening with me! It's been 2 weeks now and I couldn't twist open my water bottle this morning! Great education...thanks so much! 💯
THANK YOUfor this video! I've been watching many videos to help me stretch my feet, but have always had issue with my great toe being hyper flexed. First off, holy cow! These tendons were tight and pretty gritty. But when I loosen this up, the shape of my foot changed! Thank you for the work you do --- you should have way more views than you do because this works wonders
Thank you, thank you, thank you for this video. I've been trying to figure out WTH is wrong and my Dr hasn't been able to figure it out. The test you did right at the beginning was absolutely impossible for me to do. At the very least, I can talk to my Dr about it. I can't thank you enough!!!!

Ive been doing supinated planche on the floor and randomly got this pain. Finally after 2 weeks of thinking it was bicep dystal injury, i realized it was forearm injury.
I tore my hamstring, felt the pop, major pain, completely purple in the entire back......I discovered the magic. I used one of those massagers and used it every day, multiple times per day, over and over and over again. I was playing pickleball full strength in exactly one month. Something about massaging it and getting blood flow to the area healed it incredibly fast. And I'm old too!
Interesting. What if your hallucis has a tendency to go into extension without you contracting it and you have some leg balance issues with your calf and hamstrings? Does this mean the FHL is weak and taught instead of tight and taught?
I tucked my thumb in my fingers and did the radial deviation, but whenever i try to bring upward (backward), then it hurts that area, not during stretching. Had done x-ray, ct scan, and ultrasound. Nothing was shown, and the doctor couldn't figure it out, but i feel i have de Quervain's tenosynovitis Bcs pains goes back to the forearm as well.
Have Never Had Any Pain While Training Any Movement Or BODY PART Perhaps It's When People Try To Lift Too Heavy I Have Trained For More Than Twenty Years
I am an acupuncturist and I have been dealing with De Quervain's since May this year! Its slowly getting better with stretching, ice, and BONE BROTH. Bone Broth has made the biggest difference for me. Its a stubborn condition!
Amazing content. Thank you for sharing. I was Wondering if you could make a video on how you would treat the upper trap at the Medial third of the superior nuchal line of the occipital bone + Levator for someone who has been working has a violonist for years. Thanks !
I had to go through chemo and while I was going through chemo, I developed neuropathy in my feet and hands, but also had just been diagnosed and given metformin for prediabetes. I had never had any problem with my hands and feet prior to chemo. So I’m always confused as to whether, this neuropathy is totally due to the chemo or is it because of pre-diabetes?
Can tight pec minor cause rear shoulder pain bossman? I assume so since the mechanics will be all over the place. I have a rounded shoulder, and I do notice the tendency of my arm to internally rotate when I do everything (steering, etc.)
I went to a sport massage and got my fhl destroyed by the therapist on both feet. Since then ( 3 weeks) I can't walk without pain, it hurts in the middle of the sole of the feet. Any recommendation how to treat this? :)
Wow. I can’t thank you enough. For years I couldn’t bend my wrist forward without my hands going numb. Instant relief. Diagnosed with carpal tunnel and this seems to help tremendously
