I had a pretty intense spasm in my leg (I’ll admit I cried it hurt so much) this helped me find what I needed to do to help relieve it after the attack
Great vid thank you I have horrible valve cramps from peripheral neuropathy. So much atrophy from nerve damage. So hard to find good massage therapists here
My problem is exactly what you mentioned. I saw how it is treated, but the question is for how long? and how hard? I some times I think I am crashing my muscle.
I went to a PT today for plantar fasciitis pain and he wound up working on the soleus muscle and it was so painful I nearly kicked him. I told him several times that it was really hurting, broke out in a sweat and shortly after leaving bruises were forming and hours later it's still bruise and sore to touch. Is that normal? He had me lying on my stomach with my feet handing off the table. He was running his fingers up the inner calf from the ankle up. He said my soleus was tense not tight. He wasn't using lotion and the tugging/pulling was so painful.
Okay so I have a question, I was sleeeping and my whole leg seized up to the point I felt like my leg was getting Torn apart in the back of my legs radiating into toe cramps and up to the top of my leg. My whole leg was cramp and would NOT move at all
The soleus muscle cramp must be what I get really hurts but you can't really see the muscle contract like alot of videos on RU-vid. Back in hs wrestling I'd get a few a year
I often have leg cramps in my sleep. And always come in both calves at the same time. My whole body is broken from work I do. I work in construction and often carry up and down the stairs stuff witch has anything from 100 lbs to 300 lbs witch is a limit of what can I do. I have never had muscle injury but my back, knees, legs are done. Any advice for massage?
