It’s a wonderful story and such beautiful memories and beautiful wonders of the world. And most importantly a wonderful story to read from the heart of the book and then retold by the most beautiful and wonderful yet amazing family movie for the children and the whole family to love and enjoy with each other. Sincerely Susan Iseman from upstate New York
You wouldn't believe it! I have a same Story with a girl. But not in the wonderful greece. In the beautifull brazil! And how Galaxis meet each other so too meet her again, Like Nicolas Cage and Penelope Cruz in this movie!
My father had plenty of pet names for me growing up. Honey, sweetie, monkey (i liked to climb a lot XD) but it wasn't until i was a grown woman that my dad called me that. I was still living at home when my dad comforted me while i was crying. My first boyfriend and i had broken up and it was especially painful because he was the first guy id ever loved. I remember my dad bringing me tissues and hugging me. "You're my little princess and you deserve only the best in the world."
She’s a witch hence why Sara drew the circle of protection with the chalk only it’s supposed to be salt Mrs Thompson of sth wigston high school and Mrs Anne Jeffreys of Fairfield primary school sth wigston Leicester were witches to Evil cows !!
In reality, before Elizabeth even met her Lords and Commons for the 1st time, the Marian bishops had been ushered off to prison where *some among their number* - i.e., the ones who had not only been *complicit* , but *active* in the persecution and torture of protestants - rightfully belonged (the most notorious example being *Edmund Bonner* , Bishop of London).
Even though I feel sad and heartbroken for Sara since she doesn’t have a family and is very poor, I know she’s determined to be positive no matter what as well as remain a princess inside.
Miss minchin lied about her father dying or that's what she thought, that's not a good thing. And is it just me or does anyone else think miss minchin liked Sara's papa?
She was only told by Sara’s father’s solicitor that he was killed since in the military, there are so many people, it’s hard to keep track of them, so a lot of soldiers, go “missing in action”.
I know it’s for fan service outside the movie and bc the machines run hot inside the movie, but I see Victor opting to go shirtless so he could build a stronger connection with his artificial child when they embrace, much like a first-time father would with his newborn baby.
I remember this movie the first time i watched it i was in 3 grade my teacher had us read the book first as a classroom then once we finished the book she had us watch the movie next and when i watch the movie with my classmates i cryed i really truly did i remember me crying because i put my head down on the desk so nobody would see me and I'm 26 years old now and i still cry to this day Everytime that i watch A little princess ❤❤😢😢 because they did a really good job on this movie 💯🎥
Yeah, if this was real life, MG-42 that fires a 8mm Mauser full metal jacket would have definitely gone straight through the body guard and straight through Nicholas Cages body and possibly another guy before being stopped by a tree, but hey it's a war movie and Nicholas Cage needs to live so he can stick it in her once last time before the end credits.
Same here. My very first movie when I was little girl. ❤ n it bring me back memories I remember When I first saw this movie it made me cry 😢 how Sara father called her names n she said poppa don’t ever Leave me. N it sad ashame how that evil lady lie too Sara saying her own father die 🙏 but thank god he came alive cus he had a chance to live n comeback n see his daughter Sara. N he was blind when he went away for while to I think war n he had major accident on his eyes 👀 but thank god he was healed n got better. Just to come back find his daughter Sara
It’s like people handle death in different ways, but when Sara was lead to believe her father was dead, she felt like she was quick in taking it in since ever since he left, she was determined to remain hopeful, but when Ram Dass sent her the snow, he encouraged her to be hopeful again.
That’s MY Best Movie 🎥 I watch this when I was 12. N it a shame how the lady takes the girl neclause from her own father. She does NEED GO JAIL she was So jeolous of Sara.
This movie this chord struck in me is still ringing. My heart just moved forward. I think this had so much to do with my life. I became a yoga instructor from the influence this had on me at an early age. So much love and empathy. My god. All young kids should see this movie. ♥️🌹
Miss Minchin, do you honestly think Sara can be arrested for taking something that actually BELONGS TO HER?!?! 😡 You've got a lot of nerve calling that sweet little girl a thief when YOU'RE the one who stole her locket! 😤

Women like Miss Minchin in those days would have received Capital Punishment for larceny, she may be the lady of the house but she is a Subordinate in a Patriarchal Society
Many Miss Minchin's in "A Little Princess" movie history adaptations but there's something about Eleanor Bron's performance that remains the scariest and cruelest in my opinion. Which is a compliment to her acting skills! Terrible thing is that I had a teacher so much like her in real life.
I remember when I first saw Miss Minchin, I wasn’t sure if I liked her, but later on when Sara’s world was turned upside down, I was sure I didn’t like her.
Victor tried to play God but no one is God but God only and worse, he violated and mutilated people to do so. As those people said “Did you ever consider the consequences of your actions?”
