The audacity of that person. His aggressive dog just attacked the park ranger and all he can do is argue with the guy about how his dog should be allowed off leash in the area. Wow.
my rottweiler was a sweet dog but no matter how much you train a dog it still is going to be the animal it is and follow its own mind sometimes...i knew not to let it off leash because someone could get seriously injured
My condolences to the owners. This reminds me of a news video I saw on RU-vid a few weeks ago where a Toy Poodle was mauled in Manhattan by a German Shepherd named, and I kid you not, Psycho. The German Shepherd broke the little dog's spine. The injuries were so severe that the Poodle had to be euthanized. People must be more responsible with their dogs, especially powerful working breeds like German Shepherds and Pit Bulls.
The Pomeranian owner's lack of reaction and uselessness is as criminal as the attack itself. She is so afraid of getting a finger bitten that she chooses to let her dog continue to be attacked and shaken.
Did not see a bite. Ranger is a bit of a drama queen. Nice dog- a little high strung is all. Get over it. Ranger could have been cool about it- chose to be a Karen. That is what they make tiny band aides for my dude. Everyone wants to be a victim these days. Did he panic and kick at the approaching dog or act aggressively (likely)? Whenever that happens to me, I greet the dog, smile, relax, palms up and out. They lower head, wag and become my friend 99 out of 100 times. Our community has about 30 dogs...so I do have some experience with new dogs...near daily. This was not a bad dog or bad owner. Funny, when they are aggressive towards my dog- we walk TOWARDS- not away. Then, they tend to switch and become friendly. Most of the time loud dogs are just being dogs. Protecting their families as they should. MOST are all bark and no bite. I do avoid dog parks though. FINAL VERDICT was that an OFF-leash or ON leash area? Did the dog owner get a citation?
Did they law put this dog to sleep. It a very dangerous dog. The owner should never be allowed to have a dog he has no control on it. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Why don't people think leash laws apply to them? They think public parks and yards are exempt from the law. I saw a guy at a park arguing with animal control over the semantics of the law. His 200 lb dog was on the leash but he wasn't connected at his end.
Almost always attacks by pit bulls... and soooo many pit bull owners in complete denial that there cute little pit bull just turned into a snarling, biting monster... 😮😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Get control people...
the owner of the small dog is stupid, why did you leave your dog? take the bad dog by the neck and hold it so that it does not cause more damage to your dog
keep a leash on your dog. i owned a pitbul for 11 years until she died of cancer and never had one situation happen. not once.. you know what does happen every walk? people like this lady, walking dogs off leashes.. and yell out " they are nice" after their dog has already uncontrollably ran up to me and my leashed pitbul.. dont blame the animals, blame the STUPID people that decide to own these dogs and not take precautions. and act like the world revolves around them and whatever dog they decide to walk off the leash like they own the block.
Both dogs were unleashed so calm your ass down. 'Pitbulls are inherently more dangerous. Although i agree with all dogs being leashed, any honest person knows that nearly any other dog wouldn't have killed the little dog. We can debate but pitbulls are special, breeding works and traits and characteristics dont change just because " you raised him to be gentle". You ever notice how you don't have to teach a Australian cattle dog to herd? Its in its DNA... the pitbull advocates seem to stay in denial with the science of selective breeding.
I truly sympathize with the dog owner. H’ever, the dog owner should not have been walking the dog unleashed. She perhaps could’ve picked up the dog before the pit bull got to her dog. As for the pit bull owner, I hope you rot in JAIL or worse HELL. You all sicken me 😡 Look at this owner: he could not do anything and was useless. Hence- you should not own a damn pitbull!! 😡
I had something similar, but with different ending, I was walking my 2 pomeranians and saw pitbull walking with girl owner who stopped and put leash on the ground and stepped on it to text on phone, so when pitbull saw my dogs he start crawling and then jumped attacking, but I was aware of that and ready and gave it heavy kick to stomach so flew several saltos and was no more willing to attack, girl was confused took a leash and walked away, we didn't say a word to each other.
She was obviously terrified, as most laypeople would be in that situation. I don't blame people for being scared, but I do think they need to learn how to rescue dogs who are being attacked in situations like this. That little dog could have survived if somebody had intervened more swiftly.
@@netero1682 Pitbulls are known to amputate limbs when attacking humans. This woman was tiny and unarmed and faced with a vicious monster -- not "incompetent."
@@netero1682Right.. dumber than a bag of rocks. She thinks running around flapping her arms and galloping like a damn horse is gonna make the dog stop 😂😭
@@StoutheartedHoundsShe could easily overpower that dog if she had even the slightest backbone. I’ve managed to ward off two, and even three large dogs on my own before. She’s just weak minded and has no semblance of common sense. I swear someone needs to slap some damn sense into her - galloping around like a horse and flapping around like a chicken isn’t going to stop the dog or any situation for that matter.
I pick up my small dog when passing any larger dog. It's only pit bull owners that have ever yelled at me. The dogs and the owners are both aggressive sometimes. Pit Bulls should only be owned by experienced dog owners with the skills and time to commit to training a potentially dangerous dog.
The unfortunate thing is that the irresponsible or first-time owners who have no fucking idea how to educate a Pitbull are the people who mostly have these dogs.
I am completely sickened and heart broken at the same time with both owners! Traumatizing! I cannot imagine the pain Bambi endured, this poor dog, so sad for her! I just wish Bambi's owner would of fought harder for her. 😢💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
My point being...this pitbull owner had to unfortunately endure watching the slaughter of another dog...becuz of their dog. Witnessing that kind of shit is traumatizing.
