I tried 2 shades in Thread and wasn’t pleased with the way it looked on my skin. Those are going back to Target. But, I also bought the cream compact with the Olay product mixed with the foundation. I LOVED the way it took so little, glided on so smoothly, and gave my complexion just the right amount of radiance. I have very fair skin, but, shade 205 was too light for me. Today I purchased 210 & can’t wait to see how it compares color wise. If it’s a match, I’m a fan!!

Looks lovely, although I'm usually not too keen on luminous foundation. On close up, it did seem quite shiny before powdering. Now, I always powder my face, but I do prefer a little bit of a matt look. Thanks for the video!

Hi there! ☺️ It is a light/medium coverage, and builds up nicely, however, if you have a spot (or a few) that have a sharp contrast to your skin (i.e. how I have pale skin so the spots stand out more...) then you're probably going to need a touch of concealer on those areas. However the foundation itself will help to slightly lessen the look of the spots. Hope this helps! 🤗

I’m going to time myself… but I am pretty darn sure that I have never taken six minutes to apply & blend out my foundation. Am I doing it wrong?? Unfortunately it is a bit of a guess any time we buy a foundation online, but I'm going to send you a link to the Jerome Alexander site where they have a a few different pictures which might help lead you to the best shade! 🤗 Just after glancing at it for a few minutes, it appears that the shade called, "Medium" and the shade they refer to as "Light Medium" may have cooler undertones. (It also says these are the new and improved colors.) Additionally they have an online agent you can chat with, who I'm guessing will probably ask you for your current foundation shade that best matches you, and will refer you to the closest match. I got the same shade? I haven’t used it yet cause I been sick and didn’t wanna contaminate it? I don’t do beauty blenders cause they take up more products ? I think that RU-vid is trying to get people to use the little "bell" to alert people when we upload something new. And unfortunately it won't (necessarily) pop up unless you've clicked on the little "alert" bell. Thank you Maura! 🤗 I don't believe it is specifically waterproof, although I am easily able to wear it all day, even when slightly sweating, and don't have an issue. As far as lines go, I generally go a little lighter on the areas of my face where I have more pronounced lines, but I don't particularly notice any major creasing. My lines are still a bit shallow, so unfortunately I can't speak for skin with more pronounced lines, but overall, I really love this one! This one has me confused. Some say it can be built to full and is good on mature skin..others say it barely covers redness and emphasizes texture..I am dying to try it
Thanks so much for your comment! ❤️ I do think this is a good foundation. However, depending on your skin type and /or any concerns, there are other stick foundations I prefer. For example, if you had concerns about this one being too dry, or really needing more coverage, then I would suggest the Make Up Forever HD Foundation Stick. However if you are oily, you might really love this one. It's very smooth, and I found to be buildable. If you have any other questions, just let me know! 🤗
Hi new subscriber here and I’ll sub on my other channel also? I struggle with this still lol so I never figured it out so I just searched and this popped up? I always go for ivory cause that’s what I was matched too or a shade darker for me is vanilla. I never would of thought of that. Picking the one I always go to and finding the closest match that’s smart actually (clearly) as you thought of it.
