When you watch one of my videos you can be assured that the information that I provide is based on extensive research and real world experience.
My viewers and subscribers are very important to me. I take the time to respond to any comments or questions that you may have. So, please feel free to contact me if you are ever in need of help.
I have 1 tiger barb with 2 long fin cosmic blue tetra fish both males and a white fish narrow lil guy and I forget what he is but they’ve been doing good?
Probably due to exhaustion would be my guess. And we never really know how old they are when we first buy them. It's always sad to lose one of our little friends.
Hey, it's me again. Thank you for the additional tips, it was very useful. Currently i have successfully hatched my 4th batch of wriglers and they have seem to improved with their numbers using the separation method. By the way my angels are gold marble... My 1st batch was a total fail, my 2nd batch only had 3 survivors and they're about 1-2 cm.. 3rd batch is around 10-20+ not really sure... and the 4th batch is around 100+-200+ i think.
11:38 The other day I turned off my HOB filter to clean it and discovered around a dozen neocaradina shrimp in there. The funny thing is they could leave if they wanted to, but they like it in there I guess. I only clean the tubing so I let them stay in the reservoir :)
A fantastic and informative video on one of my favourite fish, thank you so much, ive no dought this well help improve my care for them. I would love to see more videos like this from you.
@@TheDave333 It consists of 24 elite RCMP constables that carry lances plus the member in charge. Like the Musical Ride, the National Ceremonial Troop performs throughout Canada and abroad to promote the RCMP.
I've had several betta fish and have just arrived home with a super plain dumbo koi plakat who was cheap because of his muted colours. It was a choice between him and a gorgeous red half moon betta. Im a sucker for the underdog! Plakats are feisty and wonderfully interactive. It was no contest, or at least a fleeting one.
I learned this year about the intelligence of bass, i began diving two months ago, and have already 46 hours logged underwater. I spend most of that time in water 10-25 feet, there are no largemouth here but rather smallmouth. Almost every dive a big, curious bass comes and follows me close enough to touch. I see alot of small ones but its the 18-20 inch ones that do this. In one location the same individual comes wnd accompanies me the who 3 hoirs ot so im in the water, no matter whete ir how far i go. One time it even brought a friend. They are curious of us and seem to be interested, and this individual obviously recognizes me. A lifetime of fishing snd i never realized
The big Bass think they own the area, and they come out to see who is in their territory. They're used to being the boss, and definitely show less fear than the smaller bass. So, much fun under there. . .
I love bass fishing, and I absolutely respect them and other fish. I think I love fishing for them bc they really are smart and are a challenge to catch, and it forces me to research more about them which in my opinion results in me having more respect for them.
My guess is that almost all aquariums, that fit in a house, would be too small. The water chemistry and nutrient balance would swing from one extreme to the other, constantly. It's really hard to mimic Mother Nature.
I would say it's impossible to mimic Mother Nature. However, we're able to keep saltwater sponges in saltwater aquariums, so there must be hope for freshwater too. :-D
Wanda is very nice and beautiful name. Too bad it's not a popular name (human ) today, like in first half of xx century. I'm surprised that it's present in America, however differently pronounced.
Hello again. I got the name from an old John Cleese movie = "A fish Called Wanda." I've been working on a new video about a guppy giving birth, and her name will be Bertha. :-D
@@TheDave333 No, not in Germany I only mentioned about wild guppies there and some other facts. Anyway, my applause for Germany because plecos are popular fishes in aquarium hobby there 😄 If it take so long time, Bertha perhaps has paused development of her babies. Female guppy can do such things - stop, then accelerate their development inside her.
Okay, I understand now. It seems like she's taking forever! I always worry that she'll have the babies when I'm not around, so I've been staying close to home for the past week or so.
Thanks for watching the video and for taking the time to leave a comment. Breeding angelfish is not too difficult, and it's very rewarding. If you do decide to try it someday, I'll be here to help in any way that I can. Have a great day! :-D
I don't believe I have, but I've seen quite a few different ones in the Caribbean. Not sure of the name. did you know that moray eels do not have pectoral fins? Same as the Lamprey.
Went to Old Orchard beach, snorkeled in the ocean for several hours, went the the Famous Maine Diner for an awesome fish chowder, and spent time with the family. I miss the ocean.
I think so too! I've been filming one of her relatives named Bertha. She very very fat filled with babies, and I've been watching her closely for the last week hoping to film her giving birth. She's taking forever. . .
