This is a bit too difficult for me. I don’t have the upper body strength for some of the poses and the downward dog pose hurts my wrists. I’ll keep trying but I’d appreciate some idea of how to modify the poses that put so much pressure on the wrists.

Thanks so much for the tips! Honestly I am tired, as a woman, to be constantly on alert to the threats of men. I'm also tired of the self defense videos that teach to get out of his grip and run. If I am attacked, rest assured I will make sure you are debilitated before I run. I have seen too many horror movies to know that they always get up and come after you, and they are often bigger and stronger than you, so ladies, make sure when you put them down, they are down for good.
If I'm hyper mobile and can't really lift heavy (I've got all the pesky symptoms, pain in my joint and bones, especially in my arms and legs. The stomach problems, the insomnia, you name 'em I have them) ? I'm a woman, 5'3 (163 cm), 55kg, 21 years old.
I did 1 hour walking outside along with this today. I sprained my ankle and can't run or jog so will be using this video to get in my cardio to allow me to lose weight.

It’s 2024 and you r the only one I love to watch and train.. Last time I did workout was 10 years ago .. and you were the reason I lost 20 kg thank you❤❤❤..now after third child again +20 kg not because the pregnancy weight cuz of stress eating.. hope I meet my old me soon❤
I've started eating a Japanese inspired breakfast with white rice and I've found it's great at curbing cravings throughout the day. I'm just not hungry and I don't crave chocolate, chips, etc. I also eat veggies before any other part of the meal to balance glucose levels.
I need help im a endomorph. I only eat two times a day with only two scoops of rice and i cant control since sometimes dinner we get those high carbs one.
