Hi Jo. I do excercise 6 days in a week.combining cardio and core excercise.Mostly following your veedios at home.Weight loss is not my aim.Just wants to reduce belly fat and aim for a flat belly.After doing these all excercis .definitly getting stamina.but not reducing that belly fat.It's like a small ball😜I feel.What to do to reduce this belly fat without losing my weight.Not in a particular diet,only taking care of carbohydrate intakes.I am 50 kg actually wants to increse 3 more kgs.but fed up with this belly like ball..pls help

I exercise almost every day, i Don't eat much junk food, i eat less quantity of food, but still I gain Weight easily and I'm short too, but my younger sister don't gain any weight no matter how much she ate and she's taller than me...most of my fat is accumulated in my buttocks, I'm still trying alot...no matter how much less i eat, i gain more fat
Hi dear, I need some insights about calories deficit. As you know there were so many videos regarding how to calculate your calories. But I just have a question. I am overweight at the same time I do exercise 5 times a week moreover I am students which is basically I am sitting for almost 5 to 6 hours. How do I calculate my calories? Based on my activity level (workout 5 times a week) or based on my everyday routine as a student ( where I sit for more than 5 hours)? Because I don't know which I need to follow.. If I followed exercise 4 to 5 it shows consuming more calories whereas if i followed little exercise it shows lesser calories.. Been struggling in this journey for past 2 years. I hope you would reply or do some videos about this calories deficit. Thank you. Keep inspiring us dear♥️

But its seems like maybe I have low strength.I can't do the workouts that are depends on hands like shoulder tap push up and so so.And for 5-7 days my back hurts really very much not only when I do workout, almost all the time and also when I lay down at floor for doing workout .I can't understand what is this and should I do. When you start exercicing it is normal to struggle, you should be carefull to not hurt yourselve, maybe you can try some beginner friendly exercices to help you strengten your body, ı really recommend yoga and pilates, they are so peacefull but also effective, once you feel stronger you can try some harder exercices, you are so young so please do not forget to exercice for your well being and take care of your healt, good luck ☺️

Hey..u should not afraid of loosening of skin ....focus on ur goal ....skin will only loose if u loss too much weight ...I think ur goal should be 25 kg in 1 year...And it will be beneficial i u will join gym...I loss 16 kg in 9 months in gym....now I left gym and following joanna' s playlist
