I've been eating 6x per my body weight of protein intake per day this month, am I still gaining more muscle compared to 3x body weight people or am I just wasting my money.

If you have a high protein diet, BCAA's and EAA's and Leucine supplements are not needed. They really come in handy for older people and people battling illness. It combats "wasting". If you are healthy and consume an adequate amount of protein you do not need them. It's a total waste of money.

Seitan is amazing in cooked dishes like chilli, curry or stir fry. And it's the king of protein, it's way higher in content than anything else available (veggie burgers, sausages, etc).
The "myth" comes from the abundance of anecdotal evidence suggesting people start losing their hair once they take creatine. And i personally seen people lose hair after taking creatine
