The echoes of ancient prophecies resound, Of fires that consume, of night without dawn, Where time unravels, a fragile thread, Worn thin by the weight of millennia's fears. The ancients spoke of final days, When the earth would tremble, and the heavens break, And in the ashes of a world undone, We’d find the remnants of our fate. But where does the road of shadows lead? Is it a path to peace or a plunge into despair? Do we walk towards fulfillment or oblivion, In the footsteps of those who’ve gone before? A tale of doom etched in the cracks of existence, Where the hope of tomorrow is crushed beneath the weight Of a future we cannot see, And the present slips through our fingers like sand. Eschatology, the word itself a final sigh, A question whispered by the cosmos, What lies beyond the closing of the door? Is it a void, an endless abyss, Or does another world await, Just beyond the threshold of our fears? For some, the end is not an end, But a passage, a transformation, Where the sorrows of the world dissolve, And peace, at last, takes root in the heart. They see in the ashes the promise of rebirth, In the darkness, the hidden light, In the silence, the voice of truth, A truth that eludes the living, But calls to the soul from beyond the veil. Yet for others, the end is a bitter draught, A river of tears that flows unceasing, Chains of grief that bind the spirit, As the world they’ve known crumbles into dust. They seek meaning in the void, But find only echoes of despair, A mirror reflecting their deepest fears, Their hopes shattered on the rocks of reality. In eschatology’s deep and endless abyss, We find the meanings we’ve long pursued, Only to discover they are as fleeting as the wind, As elusive as the stars in their final flight. The end is near, but is it too, A beginning cloaked in shadow? Or is it simply the silence That follows the last note of a song? In the end, all we have are the questions, Lingering like smoke in the air, And the knowledge that endings are inevitable, That all things must fade and pass away. But in the darkness, in the depth of the night, There is a glimmer, a spark of something more, A hope that perhaps, just beyond our sight, There lies a truth that will endure.
This song is hitting me so hard right now. I don't know what happened, and I don't know if i ever will. But a long time friend stopped talking to me recently. Something about he's in pain because of needing serious dental work done, but not having the money or insurance to be able to afford it. I tried to help cheer him up, but it was in vain. He said he's too afraid to get close to people in fear that they'll turn their backs on him. I know I wouldn't do that, cause that has happened to me too much. I tried to assure him of that, but unfortunately he didn't believe. Aside from Telegram and his phone number, he cut all contact with me. I have been holding back the emotions, but listening to this again just made them come out. I really care about him and love him, and I wish he could see and understand that. Ty... I doubt you’ll ever read this here, but if you do, please know that you were one of the greatest friends I ever had in my life. And if this is the path you choose, then I'll let you walk it. here is how I see his power working. It's sort of a type of quantum entanglement with another entity. His personality is bound to an state that is not perceived by anyone, and a separate version exists in this existence that gives basic unremarkable answers to everything. It's sole purpose is to not stand out too much. Both versions can interact with reality, but 1504's existence it tied to both, so if he puts a bullet in his mouth, the second entity keeps existing, so he just wakes up as if nothing happened. My theory is that 1504 has to have both versions killed at the same time in order to actually die. But the other version exists for the sole purpose to keep him hidden and alive, so even if he set off a nuke with him hugging the bomb, the other version will have been riding in a car to escape the blast zone. Basically, someone would need to find a way to communicate with 1504, trap his seen entity, and then get 1504 to detonate a bomb in the same room as his other self to kill him.
