After more than 6 months, may as well explain the meaning behind this song! Broken World is a song representing the pollution of the planet. I represented humanity as the speaking voice and the Earth as an afflicted character. The intention was to parallel the story with a broken relationship between two people (ya know, just to make it sting a bit more? lol). Hope this clears things up for some people!
Alright, for the first video of 2019 from you, I did not expect you to create a music video with lyrics. It's amazing how much you grow within a year of uploading music lol
NEW UPLOAD! also... first? Edit: I'm still listening, but LYRICS? THIS SOUNDS AWESOMEEE Edit Edit: Just got done listening, and lemme tell ya... imma need a new replay button soon. Edit Edit Edit: A HEART? AAAHH THANK YOU NEVAN
A very beautiful song that seems to symbolizes regret. I know that feeling all too well. When you make a mistake that involved hurting someone, it's hard to try and make things right between you and them. You try to say your sorry and sometimes they forgive you, and sometimes they don't, the only thing left to do afterwards, is move on...
This reminds me of Agate and Copper so much. I know what this beautiful song was inspired by humanity and Earth's pollution, but all I can think about is their story.
it's like a representation of what Gaster had done to sans, and him keeping it a secret from papyrus, just like what happened to Alphys in the True Lab,as she kept it a secret from the rest of the underground
This would fit as a Glitchtale season four ending theme. From the perspective of Sans and if Frisk was the host of Hate. Only problem Sans is dead... again, though I could imagine Hate being able to bring Frisk back into existence.
I love this song. Its great, but one thing dissapoints me about it. ITS NOT ON SPOTIFY!! Please Nevan. Make a spotify accout so we can listen to your awesome tunes on there.
AAAA I'M TRYING XD (In all seriousness though, it's not as simple as making an account and uploading the songs, you actually need to pay a network to distribute it for you. It's a tricky process that I've been looking into for a while, so I'm definitely considering it. One day hopefully!~)
When I originally came across your channel from the SCP short film you did, I was hoping for more of that. After hearing this, I can only say that you are a master of the Audio/Visual world.
Nevan, I love your music so much. This is so good. I do have a question though, and that is why don’t you put your music on Spotify? And if you don’t really have a reason, do you have any plans to?
Heya, glad you like my work! Publishing to Spotify is actually rather difficult (since you need to actually apply to get it licensed and published), so I've been pursuing the process in recent months. As I stated in my most recent community post, I'm gradually working towards making my songs available on other platforms. Here's hoping I can get them out soon!
