Given that you can piece together a vintage one for less than $200 if you're patient, I recommend that. Hasbro would easily charge more than that for a reissued firehouse. 🙃
If you do end up getting the 89 Mcfarlane Batmobile and Batman set.....you might still keep the flash Batman so you can use him as the driver for the 89 Batmobile. Just sell the car.
We’re on the same page - too many people easily freaked out over this, failing to understand patience is the name of this game - we should all feel blessed that Mattel WILL complete the full original vintage figure lineup in Origins. I’m getting real tired of seeing disbelief in this fact, along with whining and impatience.
I wouldn't go as far as to say Mattel is blessing us. They made a promise to collectors which they have so far kept. Based on that track record, we've every reason to expect it to continue. 😊
yes, sir, I agree. It's coming eventually, Mattel has done awesome with giving us motu fans what we want! Just chill out people's 😅 we all will get vintage two bad just like we have been with everything else, let's be thankful and enjoy ALL the motu content we are getting 👌🤟
I didn't even know there was a controversy. Every time I think Star Wars has the most insufferable fanbase, MOTU fandom comes along and says hold my spoo!
@@Grindhead_Jim I thought the issue was people not understanding Origins prime and the Cartoon Collection are 2 different lines and that Mattel has already said multiple times the vintage line will be completed on Mattel Creations. If the issue is an aversion to exclusives, then I'm on board. Especially Walmart exclusives!
@MrHootiedean Most people I come across definitely understand the difference between the cartoon collection and the vintage-inspired line. It seems really odd for them to do Two-Badd this way, and certainly some people will FOMO their way to a purchase. I hope to help people not informed avert that.
@@Grindhead_Jim Thanks for the public service announcement. I'm sure there are buyers out there that don't know the difference or Mattel's plans. I just didn't know there was any controversy or confusion. I was just excited for the figure and seemingly new modularity!
Masterverse Two-bad was actually a let down to me, these are ok but not great, I can pass on it very easily. I may stop on Filmation figs with Merman and Evil Lynn. I might get a She-Ra or Hordak but I'm not going too far down this rabbit hole.
Such a great story Jim, I enjoyed playing Destiny too, I had a similar experience when I was at my lowest, and watching channels on youtube led me to meet some really great people and it really turned my life around too. This Community is awesome ans Im thankful to be a part of it 👌
I've been playing Destiny since Destiny 2 Beta dropped on the PC. It's become a big part of my nerd/geek life and it was a fun ride. I took time off last year with Light Fall but after the Into The Light update I'm thinking of dusting off good 'ol Ace for one last ride. Oh and my hour count on "time wasted on destiny" was kinda of disgusting before I took that time off. LOLS. Eyes Up Guardian.
