Thank you for being so candid and sharing so openly and unfiltered. I appreciate your words of encouragement at the end especially. I've been in a slump and funk off and on for quite a while now. I seem to have run out of ideas and interest for creating new videos and music. I miss working and having an income too. It's been too long. I need to help my elderly family more as well but have so little energy for it when I'm loathing myself and discouraged about life. But you're right - we'll get through this. Somehow, some way, things always get better eventually. Thanks Jim! 🤘🤘

I get the collection stress, for sure. My long-term partner and I split over the summer, and I had to move out. Having to lug boxes, and boxes, and boxes of collectibles made that stress even worse. It got to the point recently where I did a quick once over and donated seven boxes of loose and boxed figures to a Salvation Army just to feel like I could breathe again.

Good on you for sharing! Life has a way of being like a roller coaster. It’s a crazy ride and talking about its ups and downs is good medicine. Been through some serious shit. Definitely light at the other side of that dark tunnel. Patience and determination are hard to come by but little wins are key. ❤

Thanks Jim, feel for you, & also understand. We Lost Mum mid September, & I chose to walk from my job mid December after being fleeced for money, then the adrenaline I was running on went away, like the rug was pulled from under my feet. It is a struggle. Great Video Dude, Hope you're keeping on the upside as much as I hope to, thanks for sharing & see you soon mate! :) x

The depression will pass as soon as you get a new job. That old Marine Esprit De Corps is going to kick right in and it will be like you are instantly re energized. You are a man. No matter how prepared you are for it, not having that thing you have to do every day, that gives you the sense of normality every man needs, is going to cause a little depression. So just look at it as it is normal to feel that way and don't forget to laugh it off because you already know you will upgrade into a better job than the one you had. Love ya Jim

You gotta take little breaks from collecting every once in a while. It's unhealthy not to. It's also good to have multiple hobbies/interests to keep things interesting. Balance and variety are key. When things start to not be enjoyable, take the break. Nothing wrong with that. Better than permanent burnout from a hobby you love. Oh yeah, where are my bags?

Well said and thank you. I'm a man of faith and I try to just live my life to by day and fret not about Tomorrow for it will take care of its self...I've been into the collecting only into my 3rd yr and it's been fun but not having a designated spot to display to be looked upon can by troubling🤦‍♂️..it's getting the motivation to organize a spot to display on trying to run myself owned tile buisness stressing on trying to stay booked up so many months in advance 🤷‍♂️...Enough about me, just wanted you to know I appreciate your content and this episode really struck home 🫵🤟🙏
