Thank you for this video. My coop/ run is from a dowry company but it looks like it must be made by the same manufacturer. Very helpful! How is it holding up now down the line?
Perry, I just watched your video again and after watching, I subscribed. I have the MF GC1710 TLB and it has done well for me. I purchased the sentinnel undercarriage in 2021 but never put it on. I had a stroke a year earlier but recovery has gradually been progressing but it's not so bad that I cannont complete chores but it takes me hours to do things that used to only take 30 minutes to complete. Anyways, I just wanted to give a shout at ya and let you know that I'm finally getting my butt in gear to install my sentinnel undercarriage protector. Have a fine week and a safe Independence Day 👍🏽🤠 06/27/24
I just found your channel and that technique surely makes it easy. My husband was t interest in helping until I showed him your video. He ended up doing all 4 dozen. I am also happy for the cream corn recipe.
I would like to know your source for how to safely can butter. As far as I have been able to learn from the National Center for Home Food Preservation (they are the ones who set the standards for safety and quality for home canning) there is NO SAFE WAY to can ANY dairy products including butter. So my question again is where is the data to show that your method of canning butter is safe? Thanks.
If you want to do it, do it. If not, then dont. No one is forcing you to. Im guessing you've never eaten at an Amish table. Lol. The Amish and generations of non-Amish families have used canning methods other than what the government dictates as safe and have come out no worse for the wear, with negligible incidences of food poisoning. It's up to each canner to decide what works for their family.
Don't get more comfortable. You're adorable just as you are. I think I'll be canning some butter! BTW -The editing on this video is nice too, with the ASMR preserved.
Be careful of those sharks! My daughter is an rn in Pensacola. They had a teen life flighted in who lost her arm and leg by a shark over in Walton county! June 2024
waste of money if you live were high predator or strong winds and weather. You will have dead birds.. chicken wire is the worst. snakes go right through it as well. I got one waste of money for my hens. I use it for a play area for my dogs
You are Good. I am Clutzy. Don't worry, you're fine. I understood everything. You are not a Bumbling Idiot.you are very Knowledgeable. Keep Going. Thank the the Canning Lesson
Wait 24 hours till the jars seal Then you can shake jars next morning several times If you shake soon as they come out of canner you might cause some butter to get under the seal and cause a false seal This is imo and other Prepper’s whom I have watched do it God bless you and your family 🙏♥️🙏
I believe ego has upgraded this mower to be available with not 4 batteries, but now has 6, and they are 12ah instead of 10ah. They increased blade to a 52" cut. Much more run time with the 6 12ah batteries. . I cant wait till I switch from Gas to battery.
i never subscribe, but you I feel, deserve it. A gas stove is a LOT easier to can on then a glass top that you have. You have done a GREAT job in my opinion.
Ive had mine 2 seasons. I cut 1 1/2 acres. With 4x10ah and 2x5ah batteries it will almost cut it. "Up to" sort-of lets them off the hook but conditions would need to be ideal. Though maybe not ready for prime time, im relatively happy with it.
Please, please please don't operate any kind of tiller in flip-flops or other open-toed shoes. It will bind in the dirt and hop up and land on your feet. I know a woman who this happened to, and I'm 100 percent sure you don't want it to happen to you.
THIS IS NOT A USDA APPROVED PROCESS. Commercial canning is done at a much higher temperature for a longer duration. That is why commercial canning is safe and home canning of dairy products is not. Botulism hides in the fat molecules and requires the higher commercial Temps to ensure the bacteria is killed. This is like playing Russian roulette, you may be safe for a long time, and then that bad one comes around. YOU DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Sorry about your birds. I have the same coop and it is a POS. Chciken wire it comes with is terrible. Raccoon chewed throught wire the FIRST night. All the birds survived. The metal construction is horrendous. Nothing is level and plumb. If you plumb up one side the opposite is leaning 6 inches out. Looks as cheap as it is. Ended up buying a better one at tracto supply. It wasnt cheap but my birds are more than safe.
I find that it is a lot less work to melt the butter in the jars. Just keep putting knobs of butter in there till it's not quite full. All other aspects are the same. Oh, and I do not use vinegar to clean the rims on any dairy product. Buy an adjustable weight, you will be so glad you did.
