Thanks for this videio. I just picked up a WK Gen2 on sale from Cabella's. I immediatley switched out the bushing to the True North Arms Brass and the adjustable Gas Block. I also dropped in a Triggertech Diamond Single stage (adjustable from 1.5-4 lb). I'm wondering if you had any gas issues or more so any noticable difference from warm to cold weather in the feel? im debating Blue locktight in the adjustable gas system as ive had it back out a touch without any (its just a pain to deimantle to adjust). it's honestly a sweet gun for the price, even though it gets a ton of crap on Reddit about quality, i have yet to have any issues with about 200 rounds through it.
I have been using blue loctite on the gas value all this time! As for performance in warm vs cold, I notice almost no difference. If I had to really dive deep, I would say it feels like maybe there is more spray up to your face when it’s warm out. Not sure what it is, could just be a placebo, but it feels like it’s not as gassy in the colder temperatures!
I must agree with you that road to the beach is very, very nice. Both Quinton and I knew we struck gold when we took this trail and found the beach. The guys should ride this with dirt bikes!
@@STEN-164 I like it a lot I started off humble with the wk180 gen 1 and if you had experience with ar platforms this is the closes you can get in Canada now especially with the gas impinge system and long barrel making very flat shooting never had issues other than light primes from federal American eagle and only problem I guess is the price to get platinum but it beats the competition if you buy the parts you need first then get the extra stuff later on mine has only had about 1100 rounds I think but I’ve heard some people having it at 4000 and still be fine holding average 1.5 moa holds

Respect the effort but pretty sure snappers aren’t living in raging rivers. Think they’re more of a pond/lake creature. Feel like the river is just going to tumble it until it reaches a lake or something still. Could be wrong though, I’m no expert.
Yes you are right! They are much more in favour of calmer water. It’s sort of hard to tell the geography from this video, but there is a pond that opens up right beside where the turtle was placed. This was the calmest part and the ending of the flowing river, that he could safely been put (the drop off is too steep to navigate down to the softer river and pond) it’s not ideal, that is forsure. But any water at that point of dehydration should at least give him a better chance. I wish I could have gotten him closer to the slower water, but that was unfortunately the only option other than leaving him out in the field
I did get it sorted out! The stator/alternator was running at too high of a voltage, which fried the battery. I would highly suggest bringing your bike into the dealership as soon as you can, try to best explain your issue and say you suspect that it is faulty. Fingers crossed they cover it for you! They originally told me it would be $320, but after I said that the bike should be covered under warranty, they corrected it and I got it fixed for free.
Absolutely, I’ve been in the process of switching a bunch of stuff over, but I have a new camera on the way, and hope to bring better quality content as soon as possible. Without trying to put out lack lister videos before I feel they are ready. So I want to redo a bunch of shots, all sorts of that stuff. But the Type81 content is certainly coming. Thank you for asking, it’s nice to know people are waiting for it! My apologies for the time between videos, I just want to put my full effort into nothing, opposed to push out content that doesn’t feel right to me

Remember, it's not just you, there is a massive difference in bikes too. Just keep working on your technique, getting out more, and you will be catching up faster than you could imagine
The speed in which you guys were going boggles my mind. The fact that the Go Pro tends to make things seem slower compared to in real life makes me even more stunned 😅
I have the same problem, same bike, I notice my kill switch light flickers and gets stuck on with the key off. I had to bump start my bike to get it home…
Interesting, thank you for the feedback! I heard back from the dealership and they said it’s a bad battery, and said it was not covered by warranty unfortunately, but I have to call them again and figure out more

Yes, I was practice instinctive/point shooting:) When C clamping the type81 the thumb definitely blocks your irons, this was just some cqb point shooting drills. I have been trying to work on the more instinctive side too

Oh yeah absolutely! I seen an interesting video a while back of a guy who did a digital camo build of the 250f (or maybe it was a 230, I forget!) but it looked really nice
He just started riding and is basically a complete beginner, he has never riden dirtbikes before the 80 and now 140/150. And I always believed that the best way to learn is to get out with people better than you. So Dom is always welcome to come ripping, and we have had countless amazing moments together. Quick riding question, from 1:30-2:07 how much of that was you sitting vs. you standing. Was it first gear as well? I know these rocks tend to be hard to get through
Standing, and second or third gear lower rpm which I find allows for better traction. As the higher torque in first gear tends to spin the tires more before catching traction in soft or slippery areas. And also you can usually see if the knees are at the gas tank it’s most likely sitting, or if they aren’t there it’s most likely standing. Hope this helps

It took me 2 days to learn how to ride with a clutch and always go to a gear that you are comfortable with and for me since I live in a small area I just stay in 3rd gear even though a tao 125 has 4 gears
