I can't tell you how helpful this video was! I have a 3N71B in my '77 Datsun 620 and I was just laying under it, trying to figure out how the heck you drain the trans fluid - guess you don't. Guess you unbolt the pan! And you fill it through the dipstick??? Who would have thought?! A question for you, mine is definitely filled too much - can you vacuum out a half liter through the dipstick?
Great video, I learnt a lot. Interesting to see the bucket fill test by time. Did you suss out and fix the fuel level sender in the dash so it shows 100% full with a full tank ? Is that some reset on the resistance readings or is it the sender is bent or something?
I’d recommend putting on hose clamps on those push lock fittings, I’ve heard many cases of them popping off even though you might think they’re on tight . you’d better be safe than sorry
Congrats on the 1000 subs great job mate, the vl commodore is looking good, we should have a new video up soon of our vl commodore coming home from the paint shop.
Hi mate…. Great video from such a young fella, keep up the great work, listen to dad and of course have lots of fun doing what you love……. Just wanted to know what paint you used for the undercarriage, it looks pretty good……
