Yea it’s wack! Who not have a switch like pioneer so I can set a deck to Serato and the other channel to denon at the same time. If pioneer can do it so can’t denon!!
That's my set up with Algorithms djay and I absolutely love it, glad they updated the program because at one point the controller was freezing up, even at a few gigs I did, since the upgrade it haven't froze up on me yet. Guess I will really find out this Saturday when I do this birthday party....fingers crossed! Dj JMAC
I cant wait to hear your review on it, I love the insights and personal opinions! With you as preferring battle-style format, who/when do you think a RANE performer battle style format controller will come out?
@@LightestEvening waiting to get our hands on a demo unit. Not sure if they'll add a battle style controller when they already have the twelves and mixers.
Yes, I knew about loop size and beat jump. I use it to add hot cues or count whether I set them right or not. I didn't know that pressing shift can change the parameter if the beat jump size. Thanks for the tip 😊
@@MrDJLeeE better but in a different way. Obviously it's subjective but the A9 is great sounding focusing on digital reproduction and crisp sound. Euphonia is more for that warmer, deeper sound. Hard to describe.
@@djkit Yea, I get what you’re saying. I found the v10 to be slightly warmer than the a9 but as you say the a9 has very crisp sound when using digital. I do find at times with the a9 that the highs can be ever so slightly too bright for my ears - but can be sorted with turning the high eq down ever so slightly.
im new to djing and im having trouble figuring out the fx. I use serato dj pro and whenever i change the FX on serato, it doesnt translate to the controller. My controller sticks to the four basic FX for some reason. Also is there no wet/dry knob?
@@iamjjaacckk6713 try remapping the FX buttons in Serato pro using the midi mapping function. This controller obviously only has a limited amount of knobs but again, you can always remap one you're not using to be the wet and dry one.
What's everyones thoughts a year on after buying this controller? Really thinking of getting one. Would lobe an RX3 however I just can't justify the price when you can get this with what seems like much better features ie built in WiFi, streaming etc just a bit worried about some stories I have read about them faulting frequently?? Any input would be much appreciated
Got mine coming in Monday! Signed up for InMusics early access a while back and was able to pre-order the night before. Not sure about EU & UK but I think they’re already sold out in US
A work around is that the mixer still functions, mic and channel faders. So you just need to play something from an external source on one of the channels and that audio would not be interrupted during the change over.
