I love my trampoline, It's amazing. I grew up jumping on a trampoline. It's fun, and now it's a healthy form of exercise. I feel fantastic! I noticed this within 2 weeks, seriously!
I just received the Denise AUSTIN REBOUNDER AND SO EXCITED ABOUT IT,,,, ALWAYS HEARD HOW GOOD REBOUNDING IS,,,, THAMK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR VIEWS ON THIS,,, I REALLY RECOMMEND THE DENISE AUSTIN ONE,,, IT USES BUNGIES AND NOT SPRINGS MAKING IT SUPER QUIETNNNIT ALSO HAS BARS ON SIDES AND IN FRONT,,,, LOVE IT 🥰
Was really expecting you to address those of us who have had a few children and are maybe a certain age now and our complete inability to NOT pee ourselves while jumping... 😳 #HELP
Doctor does it loosen back muscles ? Mine are looser now Re bone density apparently there is no evidence that it increases bone density ( nowhere is that mentioned by NASA ) please could you discuss these two points ?
I just purchased a cellersizer, your video is great! I subscribed to your channel, the cellersizer is a great workout. Thank you! Looking forward to more trampoline workouts.
I am not far @dimcbride8969. I will be back...I've been working on several exciting projects that have temporarily taken me away from RU-vid; however, I miss this community so much. I promise...I'll be back soon. Thank you so much for your sweet comment. XO, Dr. Linné
I am 72 and started rebounding about 3 years ago. I do absolutely love it!!! I have a safety bar on it, but do not have to use it too often. I was already in good shape, but I think trying something new also helped build one's confidence. I jump at least 4 times a week usually more.
I love hearing this! I was hit off the road while driving a motorcycle and have been struggling with my body a lot. I’ve had about 18 months of physiotherapy and I should keep doing home and gym exercises 3x a week. It’s super boring and a pain in the ass. I bought a little 2nd hand trampoline to just try if I could jump in the firstplace, because I can’t walk stairs, run or do cycling, but omg this is soo much fun! I experienced little pain in my knee in the beginning and began to notice overall improvement in my posture, muscles and I feel like walking more. I’m now trying to save money for the Fitbounce Pro XL with bungee cords, can’t wait! ❤
@bexraphaela I'm so happy to hear that you are recovering after such a traumatic experience. The amount of pain and discomfort has to be incredible after such an event. I'm glad you are finding rebounding to be beneficial as a tool for recovery!!! Way to go...and you will get your dream rebounder! XO, Dr. Linné
@lailja21 Yes, it has been a while. I am working on some online projects/courses that have taken a lot of my extra time when I am not in clinic; however, my intention is to get back to regular RU-vid uploads. Thank you for watching! XO, Dr. Linné
Thank you for notifying me. I reached out to Dave Hall and the team and have a new link for you: shop.cellercise.com/drlinne Let me know if you have any issues! All the best, Dr. Linne
I love this question. Actually, bouncing (on the right trampoline) creates a strengthening and stretching of every cell in the body. In essence, it is one of the BEST ways to tone up tissue--whether it be skin, muscle, etc. I love bouncing to reduce cellulite, tighten loose skin, strengthen muscles and tissue in the face, etc. Rebounding helps you to "defy gravity" to some extent. Great question... Dr. Linné
Hello Dr Linder I am keen to know the science behind these health benefits. Would you be able to share the references as I would like to share this with my medical community and patients. Look forward to hearing from you. I love this video and have listened to it over 5 times❤
@poorimarai6131 Thank you for reaching out! The science behind rebounding is extensive. I recommend checking out the studies done by NASA (mentioned in the video), reading the book Jumping for Health by Morton Walker or simply visiting the Cellerciser.com website and viewing the dozens of clinician testimonials and scientific studies related to rebounding. There are many other resources, but that is a good start... All the best, Dr. Linné
Well, honestly if you try my rebounding program Transform 24 (on this channel) you will get incredible lean muscle shaping, strengthening, and toning (unlike traditional weight lifting). However, if you prefer more mat work and toning, I really like intrinsic muscle work. I add in workouts from The Hamelin D'abbell Method (I like The Model Workout) and this is my go-to. I like Tracy Anderson Method (Continuity Program or Metamorphasis). Piyo (Chalene Johnson) is great. I enjoy Callanetics as well (but it can get a little boring at times). There are so many ways... Let me know if you try any! Dr. Linné
I have considered the Cellicer, but change my mind because of the bar which restricts range of motion and not only that but it’s so small. If the Cellicizer came out with a bigger, rebounding area and a T- bar, it would be a game changer.
This is probably one of the best explanations as to why everyone should be rebounding. However, when I went to the links as to what you recommend they are no longer displaying. Would you be willing to reload them once again? Thank you so much. Just subscribed, you are golden!
Physician here, my work life is insanely busy and basically my health and physical state went to the gutter. Recently , researching what to do to get back in shape in a reasonable daily commitment. Just got a cellerciser then, came across this video…well…I hope it works! I can certainly do 10 minutes a day to start.
Thank you for this very insightful information. I live in Germany and have just purchased a Bellicon (bungee cord) and am now researching how I can get fit on this trampoline. Can't the bellicon achieve the same results as the cellerciser? This is really a disappointment. It is said that bellicon is one of the two best on the market. The other is the cellerciser. Since I live in Germany, this was my first choice. Which bungee rope trampoline did you have before? I would be very happy about an answer. Thanks for your good work. Many greetings from Germany. Sigrid
Can i use a rebounder if i have an inguinal hernia? I mean i wear a belt, and i do stretching exercises every day, with no issues whatsoever. Still, i was wondering if it would be safe to use a rebounder.
Im so excited about getting in shape with my mini lol im 62 years old who quit working out a long time ago due to injury. I found this information researching lymphatic drainage. Today first day on it for 5 minutes. I have to work at it slowly first. Thank you for all the Drs who have given us such wonderful information. 🤗
Just subscribed, great video. One thing I get watching this workout, I’ve got a ways to go to be able to do it. Very thorough with good explanation along the way, thanks for sharing.
Your clip pop up after I finished my rebounding and wanted to listen in. Nothing that I haven't heard, but, I always stay for these kind of videos for a refresher on why I continue to do what I have been doing for the past 10 years. I enjoyed the short but thorough explanation,so thank you!
Great explanation! I bought my 78 year old mom a rebounder (to be used under supervision with another person). I was trying to put into words how great a rebounder would be for her. This video explains it perfectly!
