I am coming out with some roubound workouts that I use to target cellulite so, if you are a "jumper" be on the lookout for them. ;-). Dr. Linder, I was wondering how I had come across your videos until I watch the one on your cellulite presentation. I put one and one together since I had recently watched David Halls presentation on the one and only world class Cellersizer! I have since become reacquainted with his rebounder I had purchased in 2012. Thank you for all that you do!

Yes, I am a HUGE fan of all that David Hall does to promote health and the decades of work and research he has put into creating the best mini-trampoline on the market. After researching the best rebounder for myself and my patients, the cellerciser is my choice. Of course, if folks have ANY rebounder, I am excited for them; but, I now have my preferences after injuring myself on a different model. Did you see the David Hall live where he talks about my review of the cellerciser and adds my personal workout to his app??? That was a shocker!! I just love his enthusiasm... Also I must thank God that he gave me this amazing equipment. Main reason is I lost my dearest companion my wife back in July of this past year. This cellersizer has kept me from hitting the "wall". Thank you for this very insightful information. I live in Germany and have just purchased a Bellicon (bungee cord) and am now researching how I can get fit on this trampoline. Can't the bellicon achieve the same results as the cellerciser? This is really a disappointment. It is said that bellicon is one of the two best on the market. The other is the cellerciser. Since I live in Germany, this was my first choice. Which bungee rope trampoline did you have before? I would be very happy about an answer. Thanks for your good work. Many greetings from Germany. Lauren Noble- my sessions average 10 minutes per day, 15 if you include warm up and cool down. I use the “Jamba Run” as part of my HIIT training in combination with Dave Hall’s 10 minute routine for the cellerciser. This move targets cellulite. My exact HIIT training routine will be featured in the Mr. Rebounder phone app very soon as "Dr. Linné's interval training" if you are using this app for your trampoline fitness. I've put my exact HIIT training routine that I do 3-4x per week down below. The intense session is about 10 minutes, the total workout is 15 (including warm-up and cool down). If you try it, let me know what you think! WARM UP: 1 minute health bounce 1 minute hip rock 1 minute gentle twist HIGH-INTENSITY-INTERVAL TRAINING: 30 seconds Jamba run 30 seconds health bounce 30 seconds sprint in place 30 seconds hip rock 30 seconds Jamba run 30 seconds gentle twist 30 seconds backward tilted abdominal front kick as fast as I can go 30 seconds health bounce 30 seconds Jamba run 30 seconds hip rock 30 seconds forward tilted back leg kick as fast as I can go 30 seconds gentle twist 30 seconds Jamba run 30 seconds health bounce 30 seconds side kick as fast as I can go 30 seconds hip rock 30 seconds Jamba run 30 seconds gentle twist 30 seconds ski patrol as fast as I can go 30 seconds health bounce COOL DOWN: 1 minute hip rock 1 minute gentle twist On non-HIIT days, I spend about 15 minutes doing slower versions of the above exercises or adding a playground ball for resistance and trying more barre and calanetics-inspired moves. What about for Ehlers Danlos - usually we have food intolerances and weak knees and POTS making hydration, bouncing and strong collagen a struggle. Thnx!

Shelby~ Thank you for asking such a great question. Bouncing is one of the best ways to increase hydration to the joints, improve collagen strength, and provide movement that is not stressful on the joints. However, the best way to determine if bouncing is appropriate for you is to discuss rebounding with your physician. Even better yet, have your physician reach out to Dave Hall directly (of cellercise.com) to determine what types of movements on the cellerciser will be safe and appropriate for you. This is why I only use this company because I need to be able to customize exercise for patients. While I cannot give medical advice on this channel, or say what diagnoses rebounding is/is not appropriate for, I can certainly steer you in a direction to get the answers you need. ;-).
