I love the dress... Just not on Greta. The neckline and straps aren't a good fit for her. You can tell because the straps don't lay flat on her like they should. I think someone with longer legs and a narrow shoulder could do it justice
No one thought to dress up as the mad hatter and Alice? he's in his garden eternally having tea and she's trying to take some time out before she must grow up and meet the real world's expecrations.
Hello Mrs Sebastian. Hope you’re feeling better. Thanks for taking us to Columbia. Never been there. I’ll have to bring you your my home town on the Gold Coast , Australia 🇦🇺 ❤
She’s truly inspiring .. to be hijabi in an industry that often requires models to strip down .. that must’ve taken a lot of hard work and resilience ..
It's gorgeous but it's sadly a tiny bit too big above the bust/across the very top button. It's especially clear when compared to the original reference image. I love her style though, it's *chef's kiss!*
I don’t think the designers really care about the theme (obviously) it’s purely about promoting their brand in any way that attracts attention & maybe future sales…. most people with taste can’t afford it.
Dido wasn’t enslaved her mother was , but her father freed Dido at birth and loved his daughter and ensured she was brought up with his uncle when he died sadly when Dido was quite young. She was brought up in an aristocratic home with her a second cousin Lady Elizabeth. Dido did however work in the dairy at the home a but she was educated and brought up as a gentle woman and help her uncle with his correspondence somewhat like his secretary. Dido went on to marry the family Stewart, a very seniors servant whilst her cousin Lady Elizabeth went on to marry an aristocrat heir to a Lord. Dido lead a very complex life half in the aristocratic family and half out with Lady Elizabeth attending balls etc but Dido didn’t. Incidentally Didos mother Maria Belle conceived Dido at the age of 15 and was a slave so it’s not likely Dido birth was consensual but Maria Belle was freed on Didos fathers death and given a house and a pension.
Well, I thought Saint Sebastian before porcupine, honestly. Would love to see what she changed into for the screening, too, since the headpiece would need to stay on.
anok yai looked like a lizard (in a good way). Could have done something to do with a lizard shedding its skin to show the idea of decay and the passing of time? Would have been more creative and could have done the effect really well with the swarovski crystals and the colour matched mesh
