this helped for about a week and now i'm back to fighting with it to connect to the internet. Right now it won't connect at all. Any other suggestions anyone has found. It just started this crap about 2 months ago and now it is nonstop issues.
Thanks! This video saved me hours of debugging. The location setting is the main problem, indeed, but for me, it was the ZIP code that had a dash on it (I'm from Brazil). Changing back and forth from other do Brazil did not solve the issue but editing the zip code did. Thanks!
LG disaster tv the newest models from 2020 till this year....i.had sony, Philips, Samsung...i never had internet issue.... only on lg and i have bought two LG unfortunately....both same issue and are different models... disaster and nothing to do to fix it... nothing is working 🤦😢
Sending thanks from Australia 3 years later. We had placed numerous calls for assistance to our internet provider, hours on the phone to call centres in South Africa and Malaysia and the best we could achieve was a temporary reconnection until the next time. Some tense moments between husband and wife but now peace will reign once again! Thanks so much.
All I can say is Thank you Jesus!! I was so frustrated inside after trying everything, but nothing worked. So I glad I found you! Thank you Thank you! Now I can finally watch my Netflix show without interruption every 2 minutes. ( All American here I come)

Hell yah! That fixed mine with no problem. Not sure why it started doing that either but definitely the best solution if you have a LG with the same problem!
Holy crap! 🤯... a guy that understands that a multi-tool is a tool that does a lot of jobs poorly and isn't meant to replace proper tools!?! No fuggin way!?!!!? What a concept! 😂 Honestly, I've watched a few reviews of this thing and the complaints are amusing. Working in the customer service department of Leatherman must be exhausting, my God 😏. I guarantee 98.9% of the people that cry about the small ferro rod don't know what fatwood is, and that alone is enough to discredit their complaints. If one ever finds thenselves lighting a fire with that thing, it means all other contingencies have failed and you would trade your house for that ferro rod in that moment. Truly appreciated the rational review as opposed to these female brained spoiled brats with a half dozen multi-tools that they can't decide between. Sub-fuggin-scribed 👌🏻
Three years later and this is still an issue on LG TVs! Glad I stumbled across your video; you fix worked. It’s amazing LG hasn’t addressed the problem in all this time.

ugh, tried this and it's not helping. 😭Also have tried the unplugging, turning off, holding the power button for 30 sec, etc etc. Great advice and helps for a few minutes, but my tv is at the point where it's doing this every few minutes - SO annoying. The tv is only a 2019 but has been doing this from the beginning, just randomly every few months for a couple of weeks at a time. Now it's constant. I hate the thought of having to buy a new tv this soon. How has LG not done a recall or offered proper fixes to this obviously common issue we're all having? grrrr! thank you for your help on this, though, seems to have worked for many people! 💙
