Great video. thank you. What is the thread size on your camera for the lens? Think they seem to come in 30, 37 or 42? What model sony is that too? Skate footage looks great!
Thanks bud! It's a sony dcr-trv140e, mine is a 37mm thread which I think most if not all sony's of that era were (don't quote me on that though I could be wrong!)
Sorry but i want to ask, what's the app that you used for the android? Also thanks for the short video. It gave me chance to do tapeless recording without buying those Immersion RC thing that gonna cost me a lot of money👍
I totally forgot I had one. They are so much fun. Went and hid it in the basement so the little ones wouldnt destroy it!!! Gotta take it for a spin sick shots man!!
Might be a while before I have anything worth uploading, had it out last night and it gave up and dropped to the ground, think one of the motors has packed in 🤦 hopefully be able to fix it though, I'm already eyeing up another one tbh just can't help myself 😂
Tbh they pretty much fly themselves, at least in right weather conditions! 😂 This is just a cheap-ish one though, fine for learning the basics but not much else, at least if I crash it or lose it I'm not too out of pocket lol
my man you just saved me so many wires and $300 I was gonna buy a cam monitor and expensive battery for my hitachi vm-5000a but with the help of this video I figure out if you have an av to usb adapter you can just plug it straigh in only need one wire for output now I just got to find a good priced 12v power bank
It's funny how eye contact works, I'm never looking at the camera when I'm supposed to be, but as soon as I try to film a sketch where I'm supposed to be speaking to a character off screen I make a total mess of it 😂😂
My first board was solid plastic an inch thick and 3.5” wide that I stuck in the BBQ and added a kicktail that I used for sidewalk surfing, vert, a school bus, downhills, tricks &;flat land, jumping off roofs and moving furniture or a tuba.
You can’t say that about my mom ( never throw away your stick~I will dig thru your rubbish and give it a second life as a chair or fence or if you are really bad… a paddle.)
I learned to Ollie by watching Natas Copas in slow motion then going to a pull up bar and emulatung his move. He actually turns his front door upside down and pulling the board up@@SkateboardingWithYerDa
Wick in the far north of Scotland. Many miles from civilisation, we have to travel on horseback for 3 days to get our weekly shopping. Nah but seriously it is pretty far out lol
As the old fart in the room my advice for non automatic wheelie: 1: haul /\zz 2: lift nose 3: lift eyes to the horizion (doing this increases your send exponentially by assuming a human’s common posture and viewpoint we spend our lives in either standing, walking, running or telling mom jokes. Your brain can simply process balance with very little thought as easy as walking without falling over) 4: for bonus distances I find a curved trajectory results in better board control (make a circle or spiral path) 5: ultimate distances can be achieved if you comb your hair just right and have a big brush in your back pocket (or girls are watching. I find the hotter the girl watching ~ The hotter your tricks are. I can’t seem to set the nose down if your mom is watching and a spin goes from 3 revolutions to 6 and if she’s wearing a tube top or halter top I can skate better than Stacy Alva)
This happens all the time everywhere you go. I got shouted at the other day cuz I crashed into a child that came behind me whilst I was doing a rock fakie in a bowl. The parent was not even in the skatepark the kid had to go get them. Then the only reason the parent comes anywhere near the park is to have a go. I don’t blame the kids. I blame the parents
Yeah that's exactly it mate, it's a two way thing like obviously we all have a responsibility to look out for each other but kids need to be taught how to be safe at a skatepark because we don't have eyes on the back of our heads! Unfortunately not all parents think like that, they'd rather blame someone than prevent the problem from happening in the first place!
Hello sir, Your video is really excellent. But I notice that there are some issues in your videos: there are no video tags, no tag volume, no keywords, no keywords in description, no ranked tag, your SEO score is very low, that’s why you are not getting more views, more subscribers and more likes. So your video is not reaching out to the people. If you want your video to reach out to the people and improve it then you can trust me. I can help you grow your RU-vid channel organically as a Digital Marketer and SEO expert. If you want, we can have a meeting about your YoutTube channel problems and how to solve them. I am waiting for your response. Thank You. you know keyword is very important for your video reaching out to the people.
@@KieranClarkSkates I always have to post this when I get a clean one cos it's just such a daft wee trick but it feels great, I'm sure most people don't think much of it but it's not one you see often so I'm milking it for all I can 🤣
Loved this video mate, classic SWYD humour with a proper look at these boards. The amount of variation in them is crazy, I wasn’t surprised the enuff was best as it’s the only brand you real see in skate shops. Be interesting to see your take on Elements completes, I skated one of those when I started my channel and it was pretty good. Rollersnakes have them for around £30 sometimes which is a bargain tbh. Keep pushing mate and hopefully August will bring us some sort of a real summer. It’s raining as I type this but you never know 😂
Appreciate it mate! Yeah there's a few cheap complete brands I've heard good things about, element, globe is another one, next time I'm in the market for a cheap quick fix I'll grab something like that and report my findings 😁 It's crazy how much rain we had in June and July, starting to look better now though we must've appeased the skate gods with our latest content 🤣
Same, I started around 2001, my first was a Hud which was one of those cheap brands sold in sports shops here in the UK. Not sure they even make them anymore haha. Went through 3 or 4 similar boards before I eventually convinced my parents to let me get a world industries board about a year later
That vid was next level mate worth the wait and the effort 💪As much as you say you disliked the Hawk board, you did shred it and looked like you had fun on it! Interesting to hear the Enuff board was actually half decent though! In my opinion, both of those boards are fine for absolute beginners to learn how to stand on, turn and push around (if you have the right terrain). The difficulty with these cheaper boards however does come with the horrible wheels and bearings, giving an awful experience if you don't have smooth ground and that can easily put someone off skating for life. I would still advise absolute beginners to buy these cheap boards and upgrade parts over time though as a real set-up can cost £200-£300, and if you don't know whether you will stick with it, or even if the parts you are buying are the right ones for you and the skating you do, it can be an even bigger waste of money than the board you threw in the bin! #YerDaSellsAvon
Cheers mate appreciate it! 100% agree with everything you said, there's no point starting on expensive gear, it's just a matter of knowing where to shop to get the best value for money. Honestly I was quite happy skating the Tony Hawk, even though it wasn't perfect it was usable. Just a little bit too small for my liking 😂 Pulling the curtain back a bit here (in case it wasn't already obvious enough 😜) but the board going in the bin was just a joke, I've kept it because even though it's no use to me someone else might get some value out of it!
