I may be incorrect in saying that this is poor skipping form. The rope length gives you more leeway however, when you shorten the length of the rope this form will hinder your progress
Create video I really like the description of partner drills. Very well made in my opinion. In the future it would be great if you would describe the specific skill that each drill is focused on
Yep completely understand, much like squatting if you watch a baby pick something up from the floor they show amazing technique, us adults cheat and pick up bad habbits
Not really TBH, it may be more suitable to have a chat with a medical proffessional on that one mate, but good luck with training and all the best for 2024 🦅 Team Valour Strike
Thank you very much, you explain it very well and I promise I will send the link of your site to all my boxer friends. Love and greetings to everyone from the Netherlands..
Hi, We would always recommend improving technique and working on that first, some great tips in this one Jab video 👉 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FIBVdU9mLYc.html Then building core strength and power 🙏
Sorry about the rudeness. I’m a subscriber, your footwork drill videos are on my watch list because they’re very good for beginners like myself. Hope you understand that it was constructive criticism.
Not rude at all mate, you have our back and your 100% right. We try to edit most of them out but Rob loves an "OK" haha. Good luck with training nd we are happy to have helped a little. Team Valour Strike
Glad you enjoyed it! Good luck with training and take care 🦅 Team Valour Strike If you pop "Robert Zabitis" into youtube you will see a few of Rob's fight
You should not stand so square your gonna get dropped, have your lead for more forward and your less jab shoulder more forward makes you have a better balance and not as easy for the opponent to get body shots in, but fairs for keeping your elbows nice n tightly in bro too many people’s elbow be sticking out wider than their shoulder
