I'm learning to heal myself, change, and grow, through the power of therapy and video games! Come along while I tell you all about aphantasia, growing up in a cult, moving back and forth across the country, and reconnecting with my family. - Hannah (and Pinocchio)
Love the game but I just won't sherd because I already watched the hole game so when I played it I new all the jumpscares still got a little scary at times though.
Aw thank you. I'm ok, busy these days! I'm an honors student and trying to become a sociologist. I hope you're doing very well. What are you playing these days?
Ah sorry, I thought I'd replied to this... I've been playing a few games myself, V Rising off and on, ARK. Other than that I've been doing some volunteer work, how's school been?
@@readyforclarity Do you have a discord or anything? I'd love to properly catch up with you one of these days, I sincerely hope life is going well for you - you certainly deserve it, friend.
00:41 DRAMATIC CAT 😻 Thank you for the update! I've been playing The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, and I'm in the final dungeon! I missed out on the SNES era growing up so I've been trying to play all of the classics.
I also missed out on the SNES, but I'm grabbing weird goofy games for it instead of the classics haha I got inspector gadget, troddlers, and Dr Franken for example. I think I've started link to the past but maybe it was on the 3ds? Good luck on the dungeon 🗡️
Thank you so much for sharing. 😌 I can relate to the anger. I don't consider myself an angry person by any means. But when I went through my faith crisis I just had so much deep internal anger that would pop out. Even more frustrating is being unable to figure out what triggers it. I'd say it took about a year of processing before everything calmed down inside me. I'm glad you brought up the topic. How many people go through experiences like this feeling like terrible people due to the anger, not knowing it's just a reaction to the trauma they may not even know they had. Thank you for talking about it, and everything. 😊
Thank you for watching! I know this one was long, but it was a very important video for me to acknowledge some big milestones for me 😊 Also I cannot imagine you angry 😂
05:36 Those are some INTENSE EYEBROWS. 😉😆 You take video game notes with a pencil and paper! It's like the 80s! 😄 Everytime I hear someone complain about someone getting lost in the 1986 game Metroid because the game didn't draw a little map for them I roll my eyes. 😆
This is a very powerful video. My two main thoughts were... I agree, the Mormon church and culture teaches people to lie without them even knowing it. Do you have a testimony that Joseph Smith spoke to God? Just say yes until you do. Are you depressed despite following God's Plan of Happiness? Then you must be doing something wrong, so just appear happy so no one thinks so. During my time as a missionary I wrote a letter to my parents every week about how wonderful everything was, but the reality is it was by far the most depressed and low I've ever felt in my life. The other thing, after all those horrible experiences you had growing up, I'm consistently amazed at how strong you are now. You've put so much work and effort and it really shows. 😌
Hey buddy hope you're doing great. I know, I was so impressed at how the game wasn't just one thing, and I enjoyed all the aspects of gameplay. What weapon did you prefer? I couldn't stand the gauntlets haha
I'm having so much fun putting together the player's guide, but it may take a few days to finish it up! I hope you enjoy this brief review for now - Hannah & Pino
Ohhh Hannah, I'm so sorry. 😔 You weren't home schooled, you were home forgotten. In my experience a prominent unsaid teaching of the Mormon church is, if something good happens it's a blessing from God, and if something bad happens then I did something wrong. It's victim blaming all the way down. If I may add for anyone watching, you referred to the Mormon church as "a billion dollar corporation". It's a 135+ billion dollar corporation. You were put in impossible situations. That is a serious traumatic experience that causes real harm to people. It's not your fault. Thank you so much for sharing. 🤗
Thank you, Dave 😌 I know a lot of people are planning to homeschool their kids due to the rampant 🔫 violence in our country. I worry there are no systems in place to make sure kids like me don't get left behind. I also worry it's such a small stupid step to take instead of enforcing better 🔫 control and offering mental health services for people who need them, before they decide to do something dangerous and harmful.
Oh nooo I was worried when you said music rhythm game! 😅 They are HARD until you get into them. Like, I adore Space Channel 5 and Dance Dance Revolution, so I decided to try Beatmania for Game Boy... I can't clear a single stage, it's so hard!!

There is a Lemony Snicket game?! I had no idea. I have very fond memories of the PlayStation 2. I highly recommend Final Fantasy X if you are up for it. It is a longer game, but very moving and emotional.
It's on the list! Everyone I talk to seems to have loved their PS2 as well; I'm very excited to see more of what this system has to offer! It's hard to pick one or two games to try and play through while I'm trying to learn the controller 😆
Used to love playing the Katamari games. They are so fun and silly. Good to know it will take some getting used to though. I need to try this out on the Switch. Thanks for the reminder!
Hey Kuma 👋 I adore the quirky humor to the game, I can't wait to work my way backwards and play some of the others. If you liked the older ones, I can't imagine you'd be disappointed by reroll
I really really like it. It's very entrancing and Zen. The puzzles can stump me sometimes but when I come back to it after a break I can figure it out :) it's beautiful to look at and the music is lovely. A quiet game with a lot of emotion. Saw you got called out by orbology the other day, how cool!!
Thank you! I am :) the new controller is a tough one for me but I'm so impressed with the games I've tried so far! I was an N64 kid and now I play mostly Switch. What kind of games do you play?
You're so funny. 😆 The actor who plays Ethan Hunt in the modern films, Tom Cruise, can hold his breath for 6 minutes. It's even in some of the movies. Maybe that's why he can be underwater that long? 🤔
They're very similar for sure but monster harvest has a lot of goofy little elements. You can plant things then put different slimes on them to either create mounts to ride or creatures you can use in battle and who knows what else, I'm not done with the game yet :) I'll say it requires a lot more patience than Stardew to get any momentum on your farm.
I remember when this game came out in 2004 for the PlayStation 2, it was HUGE, people went crazy for it! It was original, had a bonkers story, great music, addicting gameplay, THE KING, and if I remember correctly it was only $20 (maybe $30) new when every other game was $60. The sequel, We Heart Katamari, is also outstanding, but I heard every game after that was kind of a disappointment. So it was interesting to hear you confirm that about the DS game. 😅
I love the combo of weird factors in katamari haha especially the music and the king 👑 I like when a game is hard or confusing to describe because it's unlike anything else 😂
Children of Mana! I bought a copy in Japan many years ago. I thought it was an RPG so I was really surprised to find out it was a rogue lite. I haven't played it much but I loooove the art work.
I like when a series goes against what's expected and tries something new! I haven't played this one much yet either though. I've been obsessed with my PlayStation 2 the last couple weeks haha
Have you played the new ones on the switch? I haven't gotten those yet, still working my way through all these. But I'm curious if the flavor/vibes/music are similar all these years later
@@readyforclarity I sadly haven't, I don't have a Switch although it's for Android too. The music is the same since they have the same composer, but, I saw the story and it's not really as good as the original six games. Are you excited for the new release of the New World of Steam?
@@catalinaizuel1550 aw geez I am now haha I'm into steam powered stuff in general so that's rad. I'm taking my time with the original games, only just started this year so it'll take me a bit to get through them. I'm really bad at puzzles too so it may take a while. But I'm always smiling when I play Professor Layton :)
@@readyforclarity It's okay, I usually finish them after 17 hours. You get the hang of it after some time. The new game in the Nintendo Direct looked neat, but finish the original ones before playing Katrielle. You should also try Ace Attorney, it's somewhat similar.
Aw, thank you! Sometimes I get stumped, so thank goodness for hint coins! My first cat living on my own was named Atlas. A beautiful tabby stray who had lost most of his tail long before I met him.
Hello there, someone hailing from another town? Do you have all the fossils in your museum? And can you teach me how the heck to buy the right 🖼️ 🎨 🖌️ 😂
