Thank you for sharing this. All my life I have been adverse to touching my belly button, so this felt challenging......has anyone else felt this to be sore afterwards? That said I feel calmer
I usually find this quite hard but today for some reaaon it was easy to focus ans my hand didnt get tired. But when moving neck i do get distracted. My core feels so calm now.
When I tapped on my chest with my whole palm, I got this sense that I want to cough, is that okay? 😅 Update: after finishing I coughed quite hard and I’m not like someone who has breath problems or anything.. it’s weird
After doing this massage I lie back and feeling the soft vibrations in my feet, a blissful sensation that travels up my legs and whole body. Wow! Thank you for this wonderful way to heal and feel good.
Thanks so much, this is very helpful and I notice my anxiety and depression are much better after a week of doing these exercises. However, my wrists hurt a bit when I do the pumps, and I automatically tense up my arms and shoulders. Any advice is welcome. Thanks a bunch <3
whoA this is great!!! meg released brilliantly, tho left with stiff shoulders for lack of endurance uptop:| -dare say pre-stretch w/deep breath for peeps like me;) yet be that as it may, this was totally great for me personally as my fog lifted far more exponentially than my basic daily routine. goin to incorporate the nerves as core competencies moving forward mos defs a perfect way in which to begin the day as is often a potentially challenging time of day as bodies like mine, upon rising from what often than not feels like just another realm of late ... returning to oneself in breath, drink warm h2o as once matures it's thw only way to go.. & as well as atrophies simultaneously as our bodies select own gravities in force of attraction against even oneself & such is life me thinks... wont' change price of tea in china either way so just; breathe ...[sigh]
Will try this went to ER last night with chest pain and shortness of breath. They did CT with contrast and X-ray. All test results were clear. Stent home and they want me to have stress text. Tylenol, Antacid medicine. I did a few of the routines and felt some relief. Thanks for sharing
