Hi lovely earth citizen, thank you for every video that you have uploaded , I’ve posted a question at the other video which is about the 10 minutes Vegas nerve activation but unfortunately you didn’t get a chance to reply to it yet it’s ok I can understand it, we are all busy sometimes so I can just ask you here again if you don’t mind, can I do this exercise while laying down or even standing or it should only be done sitting on a chair Also is it ok to when I just finished eating if not fine how about water or any liquid and does it matter if it is done in the evening or morning is better Many thanks
