It's funny, I get bad stomach pains a lot but I also get extremely painful shoulder pain just doing this exercise because I have so much tension that I cannot paint a ceiling or wall for more than 30 seconds before needing a break. So I watched your shoulder video BUT I also have a really bad neck tension too so I struggled to do THAT exercise, so then I had to watch your neck video. lmao. I subscribed and I hope I can do these exercise and not fall into bad habits that got me here in the first place
