I bought it an I love it .Dont expect strong bass without a headphone amplifier and dont expect it on bad recordings as well . Great headphone, great transparency , I really love them .

I'm guessing the downside of this headphone is that it's cable is not detachable. I'm currently using M40x and wanted to upgrade my headphones but I want something which has detachable cable. Great review.
I swear this was a really nice gaming mouse, but this exact problem happened to me after only a short period of time of using this mouse. After that i just learned to live with the broken mouse wheel for like 6 years. Now i've gotten a corsair iron claw rgb wireless, AND THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED AGAIN! Although i always was a big fan of corsair (Keyboard, Mouse and Headset are all from corsair because i bought them as a bundle like almost 9 years ago) this was the last time i bought any corsair products. I mean the same pice broken in 2 different mice and both after a short period of use... nah... I will switch to some other competitor and hopefully the quality will be better...
One guy on an older thread said that he cleaned his white mouse by using a UV lamp, lining the inside of a container with aluminum foil, placing the UV lamp inside and putting the mouse inside with it for 24 hours. I don't have a UV lamp but I'm going to get one because if it helps with stains that would be huge because I have a lot of white tech.
Without an nzxt motherboard how am I able to control the lighting of my aio through cam without an nzxt motherboard? Because I also heard that you are not able to control it using the nzxt rgb controller as that’s specifically for fans and leds…
Thank you so much for this. Seriously. It bothers me that we have to go out of our way to fix this. I mean, they need to swap a SINGLE mold, and probably add a few fractions of a cent more in plastic, and they just can't be bothered. Even though this has been a known issue for years. It's ridiculous. Really appreciate your help.
Yup got a fucked scrollwheel here too, luckily I have an old one that had a fucked left click so I can scavenge it for parts once I do get this open. edit: actually seems I'm still in my 2 year warranty so will do that instead :P
Every pair of either headphones, headsets, or earbuds I have ever worn have given me major headaches or earaches. It was either too much pressure on my head, or the high end or low end sounds were just to overbearing. I have been using my 990 Pro 250ohms for a year now and I have legit been able to wear them for 24hrs straight no problem. First thing I did with them was play some games and listen to some CDs to fall asleep. Next day I wore them all the way up until I hit the hay. I never once have head "headphone fatigue" or had to take them off due to certain frequencies being much louder than they should be. If you want a really well made, comfortable, great sounding pair of headphones for gaming or listening to music for $200 or less PICK THESE UP! The spatial capabilities of 990s just outclass any other gaming headset/headphone you can pick up for $150-200. If you really appreciate well mixed audio, want an extremely comfortable pair of headphones, are looking for really good and actuate spatial sound, I honestly don't recommend anything short of this (again under $200). Don't cheap out to get the 80ohm version, less power means more choppy audio the louder you play things. 300-350ohm tube amps or other amps will do just fine, just know that the amp will slightly determine how things sound a bit. Sometimes you can find a kit with the 990s, a 300ohm tube amp with the 990 Pros 250ohm for around $175. As long as you're buying from a reputable brand, and the reviews don't say anything really alarming about the amp quality. It's a good buy. Enjoy!
An amp. For this particular pair of headphones I would suggest getting a 300ohm amp. 250ohm is cutting it to close, even though the headphones are 250ohm.
I used my mouse for like 1-2 months and the sides got really yellow, i used hand sanitizer to remove the yellow tint. (Yes, i know that's weird. Maybe some stronger alcohol could do it)
marketing for Mac and Windows - however marketing does not show the USB type and My Mac laptop has only usbC. The cable is hard wired and there is no way to replace it - using dongles is a major pain .
For discord you really won't notice too much of a quality change like you would listening to music. I don't really recommend spending this kind of money on headphones for just discord, but I am assuming you do more than that. If you don't they aren't really worth it, they will just be playing everyone else's crappy mic audio through better drivers. Won't sound any better per say, just different in a sense.
