A small team of wellness warriors, healthcare practitioners and digital marketers that live and breathe natural health. You can find us whisking up some matcha tea or trying out a new bottle of essential oil at our headquarters in snowy Toronto. We appreciate being sent warm and loving vibes from all our readers around the world.
Why We're Here
It’s hard to trust everything you read online about natural health, but we’re looking to change just that with our community. The reality is, not all of us can be experts. That’s why we hire and partner with actual healthcare practitioners and ask them to share their knowledge with our readers. Whether it’s fitness experts, medical doctors, reiki masters, dentists or culinary nutritionists - we have them all ready and waiting to guide you and answer your questions.
Our Promise
To share the most valuable, accurate and easy to understand natural health content in the world.
i use ginger (exactly like this video), raw unfiltered honey (not organic), fresh lemon and apple cider vinegar with the "mother". Try to use a straw to save your teeth from the acidic in lemon and apple cider. Ginger is affordable at Aldi.
Appreciate Video! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you tried - Sondeline Bewildering System (do a google search)? It is a great one off product for saying goodbye to your painful diabetic nerves and neuropathy minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my cousin at last got great results with it.
@@andraconstantin9459 yeah you're right, not sure what I was thinking. Maybe it's because I have like 4 cups of cordial water per day and so having 4 cups ginger water would use a fair bit of ginger (which isn't immensely cheap)
I read an article that California actually told everyone that it was dangerous just to get people off of there phones. This article I read in SCHOOL so there is an extremely SMALL chance it is fake. I do take into consideration that this is for the safety of everyone and I would recommend less time on your phones, but like some people disagree with, I wouldn't recommend that you stay away entirely.
This looks absolutely divine, and you make it look so easy!! Your instruction is EASY to follow and makes even a non-cook like me feel like I could accomplish this amazing dish!! Thank you!!
pregnant women can drink ginger water. it actually helps with morning sickness. i would just becareful not to over do it because ginger water can help lose weight and you wouldn't want to lose tooo much weight during your pregnancy😊
