12:30 A quick answer to the difference bw MoIC and IRR is that: 1) both measure the return on investment of an opportunity in private equity 2) the MoIC is the quickest way of knowing how much cash you’ll get out of the investment over the amount of invested cash 2) the IRR is a longer calculation taking into account the time value of money. As 1€ today is worth more than 1€ tomorrow (opportunity cost, inflation, etc.), the shorter the holding period, the higher the IRR.

@@Alexedmartin.< Alright so generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (REGINA LOUISE COLLARO) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her. She made me financially stable investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy...So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself.
@@vicahmed221 That’s great , your investment advisor must be really good,I have seen testimonies of people using the help of investment advisors in making them more financial stable. Do you mind sharing more info on this person?
@Vic Vic I have had the intentions of starting investing. But I always thought it was late and I think I need to stop procrastinating. I will definitely 🔍 Regina Louise Collaro and see what she can advise .Thanks a lot . This was of so much help to me .
@Vic Vic You are right, I am one of many who has benefited from investing with Regina Louise Collaro. 2020 is an unforgettable year in my life, back then I lost my job due to covid and had no reason to live. Regina made a good life possible for me through passive income and I owe her my life. To be honest, I feel like she is an angel of who was sent to help those who are suffering financially.

I understand that tomorrow isn't promised to anyone, but investing today is hard for me now because I have no idea of how and where to invest in. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.?
@@raychristopher7797 I invest across the top markets but not by myself though. I follow the guidelines of *PRISCILLA DIANE AIVAZIAN* . you might have heard of her. I can correctly say she's worth her salt as an investment advisor as her diversification skills is top-notch, I say this because I see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 20 to 3O% every month, unlike I can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what she places and not just on some particular industries of my choosing. she gave me that financial freedom I needed

Can you then give us the right formula for net working capital? Non-cash current assets - current liabilities (excluding debt)? So removing the non-operating assets and liabilities from the equation?
Financial books have been so helpful. >> I’m 54 and my wife 50 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth and no debts. We got to realize that the secret to financial freedom is making better investments.
correct me if i am wrong, 11:30 you mentioned that being long $100 in tech stocks and being short $100 in healthcare stocks is a market neutral strategy? But by doing how can you get a portfolio with 0 beta? 0 beta isnt the same as 0 net exposure. from my understanding, market neutral aims to offset the beta so that if i long $100 tech stocks, i will be short X amount of tech index futures to cancel out the beta so that i am really unaffected by any systematic risk whats your thought? thank you!
If your portfolio has total beta equal to 0 then it is market neutral. However, this does not make it factor neutral. To make your portfolio factor neutral you need to have each factor's loading equal to 0. This means being neutral in tech stocks, then also being neutral in health care stocks and also in energy sector etc.
Right, in the video he again decribes long-short equity. Market neutral strategies are about arbitrage (making profit without risking any money). Market neutral strategies are e.g. index arbitrage, FI arbitrage, pairs trading. It can also be equity long short whereas you have to be excellent in stock picking to get market neutral by deploying uncorrelated equities in your portfolio.
I applied for the summer risk analyst. it is an internship for sophomores and juniors at the university. As we are still really young and didn't get deep in those subjects. Do we still have technicals like this? I have my interview in 2 days, thanks for an answer
