Looks like a regular burger to man. Why is it called a smash burger? I remember like four months ago Bert Kreischer made smash burgers on his somethings burning podcast and I only listen to it and didn’t watch it but hopefully I find out some thing in this video.

Wow Andris ! I don't know what you did but the sound and image quality is so much better ! You've changed my Pizza game forever ! I see that your wooden peel is very thick and mine was like this too but if I may suggest, it all changed when I bought a perforated aluminum Pizza Peel , the one I bought was from Mimiuo 12 X14 , got it on amazon , built like a tank with a nice handle . Your recipes and tricks with this handle is pizza heaven for me ! I thank you for this !
How come my dough balls didn't come out smooth? I followed recipe to a "T" and did a 3 day fermentation. I cant get the dough smooth no matter how much i flour them. Total Newbie here any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
Thats a great question. Make sure your hands are "floured" up pretty good. You want to be sure the dough doesn't stick to your hands. And then remember to be gentle with your dough. Press it lightly. The second it starts to stick, add more flour. I hope this helps.. andris
