Increase the speed of construction without compromising on safety of workers,NHSRCL China built 42000 km HSR track in just 20 years. Employ more workers and machines to hasten the process. Bullet train will surely transform India like it transformed China in just 17 years.

They said it will run in 2020 but half of 2024 is finished and updates aren't significant what the government is doing Japanese are not happy with the projects current status we aren't punctual as them,next time they will think for 10-20 years to take a project from India. I was a kid back then when i heard of it i was really fascinated but it looks just like a bluff if it collapses or just stops abruptly I won't be surprised as we are being fooled by the government that's it, taxes worth millions or billions wasted, now they aren't even advertising about it, less people knoe less criticism. A citizen should defend it's country even he has to fight with government.

@@its_not_the_Ishu Don't I have the right to criticise the government, it's not about intelligence it's about the information being known to common people where his taxes are going, why these projects with given date are delayed as being introduced with such ambition and after years no one talks about it, can't hear about it on any major media outlet most of the people. It's your assumption ki mai Dhruv rathee ke video dekh ke modi government se chida hun, i want some genuine development but sustainablity is must, i voted for him if he will not do what i demand from him i will criticise him it's my right. It is democracy instead of defending him on every aspect people should ask him to do what he is elected for, saving him from criticism is the job of his party spokesperson not a common citizen like, you are as much affected from this regime as i am why should i quarrel with a fellow citizen.
2024 and 2025 crucial years of infra development... for every 5 year terms 3.5 years should be allocated for infra and 1.5 years for freebie politics that will help the govt to sustain!!
My story about bullet train: One tear rolled out of my eye in happiness, since we were kids, we dreamt of seeing a bullet train in India. We did not have RU-vid or Facebook that time to see the bullet trains, we only got to see it in news or newspaper or some random program or movie. When we reached our 20s we wanted to go see the bullet train in England, France or Japan, just seeing it was a dream. We used to think in our mind, "yaar yeh humare desh me kab ayega? Humara desh bhi jana jaiga bullet train ke liye". But we never said this loudly because we knew someone will laugh at our thought. When the plan was set up in 2014, honestly we had no hope, some of us even said "haan bhai banega, bante bante 40 saal langenge, humare poote pooti ko bhi baithne mil jai to bohot badi baat hogi." This was due to the fact that during those days, simple projects like building one flyover used to take 5 to 6 years. Today, seeing the bullet train getting built in India, that too in just 10 years, no matter even if the project got delayed, it is a dream come true for many of us from our generation. We thought it will take 40 to 50 years, it is getting ready in 10 years. Out of 134 countries, you can count the countries on your fingertips who have a bullet train. Like us many young people from many many countries dream of a bullet train in their country but it is unfortunate that they have to wait. I want to tell the young people reading this, you have no idea of the prestige this will bring to India and Indians. Value this train and maintain it properly. One day foreigners will come to India and show our country in news, write about our bullet train in newspapers, make movies on our bullet train. World will see it and it will inspire so many youngsters from other countries to be a country like India with bullet trains. Even America does not have a bullet train yet. Be proud!
High Speed Railway with more than the speed of 350Km/hr should be spread allover India ASAP. This will help the economy to grow 6X than the current speed. China, Japan, Germany all are way more developed because of massive expansion of High Speed Railways.
For those in the comments who are saying that the condition of IR is pretty bad. Why cant we have both bullet train and improve IR at the same time? Is there any short of resources?? Bullet train is funded 90% by Japan, so funds are not an issue. Taxpayers money can be used for IR as of now. Assuming repayment of loan has not yet started, also once the project open it will definitely generate at least some revenue enough to repay the loan, It may not turn out to be a profitable one though as is the case for any other public infrastructure project. We are already 70 years behind rest of the world. Taking one step at a time is not gonna solve the problem. We need more jobs and projects like these has multiplier effect on the economy. Improving IR will take at least 20 to 40 years given it's huge scale (69,000 Km). Both projects should go hand in hand.
