I had to search out your channel as I haven’t seen any channel updates for a couple of weeks. Insurance is one big scam, Obama Care was supposed to be this saving grace for everyone, it’s been a big pain since! I have literally lost my health insurance 5 times, and I got Medicare through my medical retirement. No one ever told me about having to get a supplement, I mean I got Medicare before I was 50, around 48 all related to my work injury and when you put in for your retirement whether medical or you put your time, you’ll get Medicare. It was all new to me, but because my first year on it I didn’t get a supplement, I have a $7 a month penalty for the rest of my life, so Obama Care gets me again. I’m going to try and appeal it, I know it’s only $84, but that’s groceries or gas that the money could put to. It’s all a bunch of bull, I could go on and on. What always amazes me is these companies, no matter who are quick to take your money for something, but when there’s an issue they say sorry we can’t override the system, they can just don’t want to. I got this credit card, not the greatest for interest but trying to reestablish my credit and I made three on time payments, all by check (ACH) and they held the third payment for 14 days before posting it, yet the check cleared within 1 day of my making the payment. So I question them, if I paid via check the other times, than please tell me why this time you folks place a hold, they couldn’t give me an answer other than “we can do what we want no explanation given” type answer. When asked if a manager can override it, the answer was no, and I said will this happen again, same type answer. All these companies just do as they please, there’s no customer service anymore, no trying to help people, it’s all dollars and cents. They can careless of you do business or not, their attitude is someone else will do business with them, it’s a crazy world we live in. I tell my Mom this all the time, when she calls whomever to ask about something, or push a date back, or whatever and it’s always a problem of sorts, I tell her those days of customer service are long gone, just the facts because these folks aren’t knowledgeable at their jobs, they read off a script and follow it to the letter.
The Government took it over. The Affordable Care Act. Otherwise, known as Obama Care. It sure is a scam a total scam. This does not sound good. Get away from them. The Health Care Sysrem kills more people then you might think. Stay vigilant on your Health Care and Insurance Companies. Research, Research and Research. Peace Brother.
I had to actually close a bank account once because even though I cancelled the health insurance when I got other insurance, it still kept coming out. It took about three months and letter writing to get a refund for excess premiums taken out. I am not surprised about the mess.
Three or four years ago at Disney Springs, Florida I was talking with a man from Canada. I asked him about their healthcare system and how much he had to pay in taxes for it. He said it goes by province and that his was around $840.00. I asked if this was monthly or yearly. He said it was yearly.
Jobs do not offer employees the best insurance, to officers of the board, yes, but not employees. Insurance cost can be calibrated by paying more on the deductibles, and sometimes taking preventable health classes and/or cutting out smoking, drinking and losing weight. There are things one can do to also cut the cost of medicines significantly. But no matter what it WILL the cost for health insurance hurts.
I had a feeling there was more than 100k miles by the way the steering wheel looked. Gas and brake pedals are indicators of mileage as well as long as someone hasn’t switched them out.
Try paying ahead on State Farm car insurance. I paid 6 months ahead and received a check back. SF does not allow payments forward. I pissed and moaned about this policy needless to say Im taking my business elsewhere. So called reputable business are not to be trusted.
People who work overpay so people who dont work get it free. The first thing they ask is " are you employed" when they check you in. Its so they know who/ how they are going to bill you...😁
As someone that a long time ago use to work in the medical field you should try collecting insurance payments. Some how there is usual a mistake that benefits the insurance company and make it unaffordable to refile the claim. One day my best guess was we could lower our prices by fifty percent if paid on the spot and make more money. The number of people it took to file insurance was nuts and guessing what they would pay to guess at the percentage was even worse.
As someone that has long term health issues, I am angered by our politicians. They need to fix this BS instead of fighting with each other ! Health insurance has gotten to be cost prohibited.
I remember when I entered the workforce about 25 years ago, I paid 7 dollars a week for health insurance taken straight out of my paycheck. It started to go up sometimes almost double year by year but was still affordable. Co Pays were low and there wasnt a lot of out of pocket cost. Since Obamacare aka The Affordable Care Act came into effect, I have not had health insurance since. Insurance on me is more than what my mortgage cost. My wife has always had insurance through her employer but after obamacare took effect I watched her insurance get expensive and her options and coverage get very limited. Its just not worth it anymore, government needs to stay the hell out of our healthcare. What you was telling me about getting coverage raised some red flags. They were wanting you to pay for previous 2 months from when you got married? that does not sound right at all.
My premium for just me is around 1200. I used to think it was a complete scam until i got a blood infection and spent weeks in the hospital. The bill was well over 100k i left owing zero. Im now on a medication to keep it at bay that runs almost 1k a month. I could pay for the medication or keep paying for the insurance that covers it 100% and my testing/ dr visits every 3 months. Its a scam until you need it. I agree its too expensive but i think its greed all the way around. For instance my standard visit is 120.00 but through insurance theyre billed almost 300. Everything gets inflated.
No! No! No! They shouldn’t be doing this. This is shoddy business working! They’re cheating you. You should’ve been firm with them and forced them to not charge you or you’re going to find another company and an attorney to get your money back. You would’ve seen them change their tone quickly.
If the seller said "engine and transmission have 104K" and you assumed the body also had 104k miles that's on you. Now if he said the vehicle has 104k miles that's a totally different story

With the government-mandated health insurance that Obama forced on us, someone needs to counter it and come up with a way for people who don't want insurance to only pay maybe a few bucks a month so that they "technically" have insurance, complying with Obamacare and not having to fork over a bunch of their hard earned money,

Neither Ford Canada, nor the 3 dealers I talked to could tell me why the car is excluded from the CSP. Same generic garbage, no real answers.

I know 3 people who had like 3k a month or something outrageous like that. 2 preachers and a friend of mine who owned 2 magazine companies. They went after her because she was a diehard conservative, had money and the IRS took her to court, because the first time she signed up she thought everything was good, but they wanted that monthly payment, 6 months later they say she wasn’t in the system 😹😹😹 then she was, then she wasn’t. Countless hours on the phone. Luckily her husband was a lawyer. She wound up losing one company because of the government bullshyt.
